I see you have done some playing in Kyrgyzstan, were there as many hot Russian girls as I met in Uzbekistan?
    Have been to Tashkent too.

But Bishkek beats it hands down.

    Russian girls awesome.

Have yet to be in Almaty but I am told Bishkek is best in Central Asia.

I am a world traveller and could tell you, enjoyed Bishkek to the hilt.

    Let's exchange notes, more.

    Here is where in Bello:

It really isn't worth going unless you go on a Friday or Saturday night after 10 - 11 PM. If it rains than I wouldn't go. The area is called Barrio Obrero. Here is a YouTube video about it: https://youtu.be/4ZlLEmYOgME.

Taxi from El Poblado to there is about 15 K - 18 K pesos. There are also some bars near the main park in Bello, but I would avoid that area at night unless you got a couple buddies and at least one person speaks good Spanish. The area in Bello called Barrios Obrero seems quite safe. It is wild, but safe.
According to the text in the Utube vid and confirmed on Google street view it is Carrera and Calle 33 in Bello.

    Bello on Saturday nights

Restaurants range from street vendors, to hole in wall cheap eats, to high end restaurants. El Apache does a very good steak. Bars are from a couple of cheap tables on the sidewalk to large discos. Hotels in the area are inexpensive and from what I've seen look well cared for.

If I want to sample disco life, where beautiful and bold come, and not a few hookers either, somewhat like Gusto as I gather from this forum, where you could slide and grind, which one would you recommend.

Please pardon my indulgence--but this could help other newbies too.

    Dreams

The problem could be the Map. The Google looks like it is wrong. The Bing Map looks right.

The photo is of the places next to Carrera 79b #45d-86, the Casa Hubbard Antioquia.

Downtown strip clubs: Conejitas, Barre Ejecutiva & Maracaibo, they have few other low rent ones also.

The Hi-end strip clubs are elsewhere:

The more Spanish you know, the easier everything will be. English speakers are rare, even in Poblado. I've also noticed, the more I speak Spanish, the more likely I am to get replies in broken English.

The Mansion is a no fail option. You're a short walk from plenty of good restaurants (and a short taxi ride back. The hills are tough). You have women right there along with seasoned Medellin vets. Spanish won't be required.

If you find communication difficulties frustrating, stay at the Mansion. If you don't mind the challenge, stay in Poblado, but make certain the location is chica friendly. If you don't mind the cost, you can find freelancers around Parque Lleras. If you want safety and luxury, but want strip clubs and casas, stay in Poblado and taxi to Centro. If you want cheap lodging and easy access to strip clubs and casas, stay in Centro.
    Thanks mate.

I think I will go for Mansion 1.

It isn't too far from Centro, I guess.

    Appreciate your help mate.

Whether it's advisable if I stick around in El Poblado area only.

Also hopping between Strip Clubs and Casas, is it always advisable to have a taxi.

And whether Mansion 1 is must for a newbie like me without Spanish language. (I am a pretty seasoned world traveller though.).

I know many questions but all essentials to me.

    Would appreciate advice deeply.

    Strip Clubs

Are mostly in Centro, as are the casas.

The Mansion might be best for a non Spanish speaking person.

El Poblado is a good area to stay in, but it is a bus, taxi or metro ride to Centro.

To get your bearings on the layout of the city, I suggest taking the Turibus Tour. It starts at the Parque Poblado at 9 am and 1 pm. It last around three hours. Tel: 371 50 54. www.turibuscolombia.com

Here is a Map of Centro.

Here's the map I made for downtown use, and the map to find the higher end clubs.

PM me if you want me to email you the higher resolution originals.

During the day you can walk around fairly safely on the main roads, at night the later it gets the better idea a taxi is.
