Just a quick thank you note to all who commented about my idea of going to Russia over the new year holiday.

If you live in the USA you kind of miss that moment in a tochka when the mama shouts "Sto pitdecyattt!!! Stooo!!!". It looks very surreal from here and I kind of miss it. I think it is just not worth it now so I decided (after using my brain rather than my penis in the process) to spend the holidays with my family.

I actually prefer Thursday nights at CF to Friday/Saturday because it's not quite so crowded, at least for regular girls. However, I'm sure we can find some trouble to get into on Friday night, but the tochki are emptied out early by the locals in their Ladas and MBs, so we probably should make an early decision whether we tochki or not and then if not, focus on some clubs. Maybe we should hit some new places, I've been to Slava once and it was decent, but very loud. However, there are many other clubs that could be a good option depending on whether we choose to focus on non-pros or P4P.

Glad to hear you'll be in Moscow! I'll arrive Dec 7 in St.P and make my way to Moscow early in the week. You are right, Thursday-Sunday should be good bar-hopping/clubbing nights.

Do you know if the Russians have to work on Sunday? It is some old Soviet-era law that when Russians get a day off in the week, like a Friday, they'll have to work the Sunday to make up for it. Doesn't apply to all holidays, but to many.

PM me and maybe we can work something out. I really can't guarantee anything, I could triple-book my schedule if I felt like it. It is more of a problem than a luxury. Am trying to keep my Friday night slot open, a have an uncontrollable desire to find something new. If Ca_T or yourself are free that night, maybe we could bar crawl or hit a tochka together, or try to get laid at a club. Otherwise we could try to meet up after midnight on a weeknight at CF or elsewhere.

I don't know anyone who approaches streetwalkers. You'll see them occasionally and apparently Kievsky Voksal (Kiev train station) is a place to find them among others, but I wouldn't suggest it. They aren't necessarily cheap either and the quality is low from what I've viewed. The really skanky ones are sometimes called "vodka hos", and many are herion addicts or alcoholics. I don't think this is what you mean by street action though. The other channels such as CF, tochki, massage salons, internet sites...all well-documented in recent posts (use the forum search function)... are better and safer alternatives and there is something for nearly every price category and taste. The internet sites will go as low as $50 in some cases, the tochkas start at $70 and the salons also offer "solutions" in the same price range. For tochka and internet action, I doubt you'll find something worthwhile under $100, the massage salons are a different story but don't offer overnight, which I prefer. My honest suggestion for a newcomer is to hit CF and NF, even if you don't partake. If you mean safe street action in the form of a tochka, go to CF first to check it out and then have a taxi there take you to a tochka. They are quite safe in my opinion.

b7... CF/DMBH is sometimes good on Sunday nights for regular girls and also after 2400 for WG. Plus it's always worth checking out and at least you'll find someone that speaks English. Some of the lineups are closed on Sunday night, but that shouldn't cramp your style too much.

FYI, the 12th is a national holiday so you can consider the 11th, Thursday, as a normal Friday night and the bars/clubs will be more crowded than usual.

I'll be arriving on the evening of the 9th, but I'm not sure of my plans for the first few days because I've got several girls that I've been communicating with and I may breakdown and see them first. If you'd like to have a beer, send me an email and a contact number and I'll call if I have some free time. I think doc is going to be around then, but he's got more pussy stashed away than you can shake a stick at so it's like pulling teeth to hook up with him.

1398... tochka = lineup. Pricing is typically $70, $100, and $150. Not many streetwalkers in Moscow, but if you want to find them the only place I know is around Pushkin Square, mostly near the corner close to the McDonalds and/or in the street underpass/subway that goes under Tverskaya. There may be others, but I haven't seen them. I will also tell you that the quality of the SW that I've seen has been terrible.

You may want to read/study the info that has already been posted here. You'll find a lot of info that will make your trip easier.

So, I have now finalised my plans and will be in Moscow from December 7th for a week. I want to hit the ground running so to speak so does anyone have any top tips for Sunday nights in Moscow? What is Doug and Marty's like on Sundays?

Are there any other likely lads planning to be in Moscow that week who want to hook up for a beer and a lech? Didn't Dr Skank say he would be in town then?

I too have done Prague and Moscow and there is no comparison. Moscow anyday. All the info you need should be on this site. Scroll around and dig it out. But its a lot more fun than Prague.

Completely endorse CA Trav's comments. I've just returned from my first visit to Moscow, and after quite a few trips to Prague I can honestly say 3 days in Moscow beats all the trips to Czech Republic put together.

Price, ease, friendliness, and just the damn good service. Oh, and live a little - taste the Tochka experience: read my reports below for evidence!
