doc... the maw.ru site is often referenced on some of the russian swingers sites. It's not as good as some of them, but it is interesting.

OK for my further experiences.

I found at first that Moscow is a difficult city to wander around in. It's very busy and I only really got by after I learned how to use the Metro system. Taxi's are aweful and they all try to cheat you. Besides this very few people speak any english and as I do not speak russian this forms a major problem. However there also is some good news.

The ways for a non-russian speaking hobbyist are as follows:

- Salons: these you find by looking them up on the net and phoning them just untill you find some that speak english and they will give you directions. Always phone before you go there because sometimes they are out and you travel for nothing. Most of them are near the center and can be easily reached by metro.

-Moscow Times: Very nice agencies that speak good english and you can see their girls on the net. They charge 100$ per hour and the girls are in no rush, 300$ for 12 hours including visit to restaurants, opera etc. The girl will show up at your room only they will ask you to walk them out of the hotel. If not they have to pay hotelsecurity and that will cost 50$.

-Boarhouse: great place with nice relaxed atmosphere, music, food and drinks at a price at which you can offer a girl a few. The girls vary in looks and quality but after a few Heinekens they all looked pretty hot to me. Of course you can pick the ones you like and just start talking to them. They will take care of the rest. I had one girl here backing out at the end after an hour of deep french kissing and feeling her up under her miniskirt right up to paradise. She suddenly decided she had to go home to study and refused to come with me. Later I found that she works at my hotel and was afraid her collegues would not appreciate her other job. So I had to find another which took me about 5 minutes.

-Nightflight: see previous report. Very foreigner friendly, beautiful women but on the high side of pricing.

-Line-ups: just ask any taxidriver at night to go and find a girl at 'todschka' and he will take you there. I have only done this once but I'd say it is a must for anyone visiting Moscow because it is a unique experience.

I am really surprisesd to hear about the experience at OhLaLa. You did the right thing though, getting into a fight with Russians, especially that kind of flathead, is definitely not worth it. There is no way of telling how connected they are or what they are willing to do. Am surprised the management puts up with it... but maybe those guys were "good" customers and threw away a lot of money there.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience at Oh La La. I went there for the first time in March. It was a Friday night and the place was packed. I would agree with the Exile’s review in so much that I had never seen so many hot girls straddling men as I did when I walked in the back room. The first room (where the bar is) was also packed and the only empty seats had ‘reserved’ signs on the tables. Fortunately, I went with my translator and she sweet-talked a waitress and we got a decent seat. I must have gone through 20 lap dances in a couple of hours, but at just 100 rubles a pop these were great fun, particularly as we were choosing girls for each other. Also, many of the girls really seemed to enjoy performing for another girl. The atmosphere was generally good and I think PP may have just been unlucky in that the other punters were aggressive. We also went to Spearmint Rhino and I have to say it was far more expensive and much less fun than OLL.

My translator doesn’t do too much translating but provides me with full 24/7 service for $100 a day. I met her through omen.ru as a ‘friend’ a couple of years ago and asked her to help me with interpreting as she is an English teacher by profession. I have always said people should check and use www.dosug.nu, for a lot of guys an optimal solution.... just as some guys love the salons. There are great girls available at any number of venues.
I just don't prefer it personally.

My preferences tend to point me in three directions however:

1) freebies etc. Fun to hunt, fun to interact, available, REAL sex, multiple encounters if desired etc. Fun to go out with, learn about Russian culture, make no friends, new contacts etc. etc. The benefits, if one has the time and inclination, are obvious and numerous.
