DAY 1

Okay, you stinkpots, here it is. I spent 7 days carpet bombing Moscow and trying to enjoy myself as much as I enjoy reading these posts. The results? I think Moscow is a paradise if you have the cash and THE TIME. Just walking around the streets and seeing how many beautiful women are walking around was enough to make me want to move here. I can’t stress it enough – the average beauty of everyday ordinary women on the street in Moscow is amazing, but p4p is still p4p, and while the providers in Moscow did things providers in the states won’t do, they’re still providers. I spent most of my time searching for a provider who would be a GFE. Sadly, that didn’t happen. But I still think it’s possible to have a blast in Moscow. You just need time to weed through all the BS.

Just a side note – I used California T for the apartment experience and it was excellent! I’ve never met him and I don’t get any kickbacks for this (but a discount in the future would be nice, LOL) but I have to totally recommend his service. The apartment I was in was centrally located, safe, beautiful. It was a really nice place to chill without being too nice. And all the girls loved it, which always worked to my advantage.

Now, the first day I got in and crashed for several hours. Then woke up and found that CA T had left me a treasure map with the apartment keys. The keys even had a flashlight. I was going digging for treasure, all right. I did some shopping and sightseeing while waiting for it to get dark.

Took a cab over to CF. After all I’ve heard, CF is a pretty divey bar, but a comfy dive bar. I hope the recent posts about it closing down aren’t true. But then again, maybe the action will move to a club a little less “Hometown Buffet after hours”. CF was dead for p4p that night (Thursday, 8pm), and I wasn’t waiting around for romance. I jumped into the closest taxi and practiced my “totchka, pajausta” he said a bunch of crap while nodding and I remembered that an earlier post had said to use the adjectives “krasivy, normalnye”. After about 5 minutes, I was standing in a dodgy alley surrounded by dumpsters and staring at my first lineup. A little exciting and sad at the same time – some of the girls are hotties, some are far from it. All the while “momma” is wheeling and dealing like Bob fucking Barker. They started with the $100 girls. I passed and they brought out the $150 girls. I chose maybe too soon, should have consulted with the mamma, but if I learned anything on this trip it’s to trust your “mamma”. Whenever a “mamma” told me something, it turned out to be true. I don’t know about the experiences of others, but next time, I’ll listen to “mamma”. Be sure to tip your mamma!

I picked a 5’2 blonde Belorussian named Oksana. Cute, but kind of plucky. She was a little bolder, which I should have taken as a sign for mediocre service, but I wasn’t thinking with the big head. After reading these posts for a couple of years, I figured the first doable Russian girl I could find would do. So off we went in my taxicab, her crouched across the backseat while the driver kept telling me to look forward as we went through roads with militia watching the intersections. No one stopped us and we finally made it back to my place.

I wasn’t sure what to expect so I offered her tea, beer, etc. She wasn’t much for small talk and immediately went to the bathroom to wash off. She came out nude and motioned for me to shower. She wasn’t businesslike, just pretty shy and intimidated, so getting me off was pretty much her only priority. I showered and came out to find her on the bed. Moscow has far too many choices to worry about finding the right girl. If one rubs you the wrong way, there’s a lot of other girls out there who will rub you the right way. swanh... It's colder in Ohio now that it is in Moscow! So, the only way you'll get frostbite walking to a tochka is if you have your pecker out as you wander the streets looking for them!

Seriously, the winter can be a great time to go tochka hunting. However, doc and RM have reported poor or mixed results lately. However, they are still worth seeing.

For a two night trip, I'd suggest having dinner at NF to save the entry fee then checking out the girls. Like RM, I don't recommend buying here, but it is something to see. CF may or may not be a good shopping destintation, but you know there will always be girls there.

I suggest that you consider getting a taxi to go for a tochka. The one that was the closest to CF is no longer there and although there are still a couple you could walk to, they are a ways back in and you may not find them. The closest is always staked out by the militisia and it will cost you an extra 1000 rubles, but on the other hand the girls are the least expensive around so I guess it averages out.

I decided to check out the Moscow forum. It seems like an interesting place to visit. Of course, no place is worth visiting unless it combines excellent mongering oppurtnities. I have absolutely no knowledge of the scene in Russia, so forgive my ignorance.

Do you feel Moscow is as good as other easily traveled Russian cities? Judging from the post below it seems that prices run around 100USD per hour. That seems a little expensive. How much does it cost per nite? What kind of services are usually available? By this I mean BBBJ, DFK, affection, etc. As far as the quality of looks, I would assume high given the Russian women I've met elsewhere in the world.

I am just back from Moscow (thanks to CA Traveller for nice appartment and service) and must say, Moscow is the town of my dreams.

As for 1 & 2, dont put all your eggs in one basket. Tochka scene is a bit hit n miss right now. Night Flight is good for a beer, maybe a meal, and then an ogle. I do not recommend you shop there. CF is a bit hit n miss too with some very average girls on sale. The internet sites seem to offer the value p4p at the moment.

Strip clubs - depends what you are after. I was at Shandra last week taking a Moscow first timer there, and he loved it - even I thought it was pretty cool. Loads of birds, all 100 rubles a dance - which if they like you will last up to 10 mins. Drinks reasonably priced. Nice girls. Basically it is the Roger Mellie gold star award Strip club for now.

As with my advice a year ago for Oh La La (which now seems a bit dead) dont walk in without making sure you have loads of 100 ruble notes.

Some great info - thanks to all for that. I've just a couple of follow up questions.

1. Is going to a toschka recommend if you are on foot? Are any easy to access my metro - and given I will be visiting in Jan will I end up with frostbite if I try?

2. Having only 2 night to sample the charms of Moscow's nightlife, would CF and NF be the best places to head for? Or have I missed out something special?

3. I get the impression the strip clubs are bad places for mongering - are there any recommended solely for ogling instead?

2. I've got 2 nights and assuming I can hit a tochka on one of them, would you recommend CF and NF for the other. Would that give me the best intro to the scene?

Avoid Alfa, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Rossia, Sputnik, Proton, Sovietsky, Arbat, Ukraina, Belgrade, and about a thousand others.

If forced to stay in a Hotel (and anyone sensible will take an apartment instead) I would pick from:
Katerina, Any of the Marriotts, Sheraton Palace, Baltchug Kempinsky, Hyatt Aurora, National

A tip - Hotels are fine if all you are going to do is bang pay for play girls. Trying to get a freebie into a hotel will be tough. Not from Security, but from the girl. Regular girls find it sleazy to go to a mans hotel room, whereas invite them back to your apartment for Baileys or a late night cup of tea, and its no problem... and before you say anything Mangus, I have banged more freebies in the past 12 months alone on the flimsy innocent sounding premise of inviting them back for a late night "cup of tea" than I can recall.

The idea of non expensive is not common in Moscow. what I can suggest you is Hotel Budapest, really downtown. It is 50 meters from Marriott Aurora. Different rooms and rates from approx 100 euro. VERY Girlfriendly.

Whatever you do, do NOT go to the Belgrad. They refused to honor my reservation for a renovated room at checkin and just about every day there was some screwy thing I had to deal with from asking the cleaning staff for towels in person(lucky I know some Russian because they know NO English) because the front desk ignored me to their refusal to call me a taxi another day.

Apparently the hotel is run by one family who imports shoe-string relatives from the provinces to work for them. All in all, it's run like a typical Soviet-style hotel of 20 years ago. I did see a couple of frowsy tarts hanging around the snack bar when I went down to buy a bottle of mineral water from a bored, sleepy guy.

Stay away from the place. By the way, this info is current as of July, 2004.
