Here is another option for people not staying in a apartment or staying in a hotel with strict security I found in web.
http://pogosti.ru/cgi-bin/foreman.el?mod=pnet&id=3
The sell the rooms on hour base or for one night 11p.m. until 9a.m. as well! The rate with 990 Rubels for a standart room/night is not overpriced!
Could be also an option for a real Russian party with some chicks and Russian friends before starting in a party nigth.
There for the have the luxery room option!
Cheers

Yes no problem it all.
I use to tip the Nightporter in the first night with 10 USD by telling him to care for me that week.
Whenever a girl is leaving, he is giving me a call from the entrance, in order to make sure that I don't miss a thing or if I'm o.k.!
Really first class service..............
If you like the to see interieur of the rooms just watch the pictures I posted beginning of last year in the photo section.

There's a second floor bar that usually has at least two or three (or more) gals. If you go for the R.Crumb type (think big/massive everything in a miniskirt with boots), there's one that's been there every night I have (about 15). There's also a couple of the ultra-slim, small perky breast types. Last time I was there (Jan.), the hotel was full, and there were at least 10 gals at the bar. Not great, but it works in a pinch.
I've gotten away with $100. Not GFE for me, but YMMV.

At virtually every metro station, outside on the street you will find a place that sells newspapers and magazines. They will have several small Moscow street maps, like small books. Some are for drivers and focus on the intersections, some are general purpose and are quite good. The cost is nominal, 25 rubles or so.

Posts: 2007Well, anyway, you sure don't seem too broken up
about it.
And it sure don't sound like you're gonna be mopin' around
gettin' over it.
Must just be the mongerer in ya, right? That little devil sittin' up there
on your shoulder like Mr. Bluebird-balls, whistlin' some ruski debauch
music in your sick perverted ear.
In the end, we'll all be grateful that you decided not to abdicate,
after all, who else has unlimited time and wealth to be a proper
Tsar. The rest of us are just [CodeWord140] boys, but you know it's good
to be the Tsar.
Just remember to leave a little for us peasants as you pillage your way through the provinces, you shameless oligarchal corrupter of the
motherland.
And have a nice day.

Posts: 804Nik53... Not much right around the M.Tverskaya. You should either go up to the metro Belarusski and take the brown, circle, line to metro Kurskaya. CF is right across the street or just get a car to take you to m. Kurskaya and start at CF or go straight down Tverskaya to NF. If you don't have much time, these are sure things that will have something for you anytime in the evening after 2200 or 2300.
doc, shos, MM, RM, et.al.... A wee bit of news from CT's home front... Sacrificed my biz for the family... Now the family, i.e. wife, has sacrificed me...
SO, after a trip on the 21st to South America to see BA, Sao Paulo, Ascunsion and Santiago, CT is returning to Moscow for a long-term engagement. This time, at least for a while, I won't be having to worry about a business... so I plan to enjoy myself. I am especially looking forward to getting out into the smaller cities and to the other countries of the FSU.

JQ,
To meet girls you can use the search function for the area you are looking for. it is best to search for those online and narrow your search to only women and only those in thge age group you are looking for. write them... hope they write back and the rest is kind of self-explanatory.
The website is www.moscow-star.com and it is running.

If you're looking to meet "chicas" in Moscow, you might also try the " Знакомства " section of mail.ru.

Posts: 2626some things stay the same...
Ca_T sold his business to Moscow Rick, who ran a separate lodging service, albeit not as effecient as Ca_T's... but Rick is certainly a decent guy too. We'll see if Ca_T's old business will maintain its effieciency under new management.
Website is the same.
ICQ is an instant messaging service... download icq lite from any number of sites (how about doing a yahoo or google search on it?) and you are off and running... lots of people use it, although it still isnt as common as e-mail, it is gaining popularity fast as more and more people get pcs at home and/or regularly visit internet cafes. The icq website also has a description of its use.
