Thinking of trying the Reforma as you suggested considering its in the middle of the downtown activities, was wondering what parking was like, is there ample parking LOL problably as I don;t want to be hunting for a spot outside the hotel parking lot and is the hotel parking secure.
In the past have stayed at Hote Villa Real and there;s nothing wrong with it just would like to try something new.

Chief using a credit card at the Reforma is fine. I always do so. Pay for 2 days at a time instead of the entire week as you might find something else you want to do. Unlike the US they will charge your card as soon as you give it to them so every 2 days go down and pay. They won't have a problem with guests as they charge by the bed not the people. I suggested the Reforma because it is downtown and you won't have anything to do in the daytime near Boys Town. You will still have to pay the Taxi ride to Boys Town at night but there are always guys coming over that will share the fare with you or you can do the bus scene but it isn't worth the small amount of money you save. You will find girls near centro at night also who don't go to the zona. I drove through there last Friday Night and saw some lookers. I almost wish I had gone straight there instead of the zona even though I had a great night in BT. The only thing about Mexico is everything starts so late. 10 PM seems to be the starting time but there are always plenty of the girls in the rooms working 24/7. I always warm up with one of these so when you find something you like you don't explode in 1/2 a second.

I would like to have the option to put my room on a credit card but I have heard some stories about places in Mexico that will add unwarranted charges. Is it ok to trust the Reforma not to do this? Would you advise for me to pay for a double even though I may not take a girl back to my room every night or day?
... TJ it sounds like you are stuck in Ohio for a while but hang in their. If I recall from reading your postings you will be down in February and that is not too far off. It'll be here before you know it.

i couldn't agree with beavis more. stay away from those specific clubs. another thing to avoid is to never take pictures of girls in the streets. there are security people all over the place and they will confirep001e your film and/or camera. only take pics of girls once you are in the bedroom and if she agrees.

As for being safe it is no problem. There is a police station inside of the compund and the cops patrol regularly. The majority of the gringos who go to Boys Town don't speak or speak very little Spanish so this should also be no problem. Also likewise on what JT says on the condoms but I have never had a girl say I couldn't use my own. They have to pay for condoms so they are saving a small amount of money if you use your own. I have walked all over Boys Town always alone and never have had any problem or seen any problem. The girls are there essentially as salepersons trying to sell their bodies to you so it is expected for the men to walk around and shop. On the last street to the south there are several TV (chicks with dicks) bars but Bar Brisas and the last one with the big "8 Ball" have only girls. There are also some actual girls in the TV bars but I am usually not in the mood to go check so I just stay out of them. The Miramar and the Western bar on the back street has the TV's, avoid them too. Marthas has both girls with pussies and girls with dicks with a sick looking donkey (about the size of my Rottweiler) out front but I don't go here either.

Last Friday was a good night for me but all in all was a slow night as a lot of the girls haven't returned from the holidays yet. I anticipate that Tuesday night will be good. Enjoy your trip and if I can help you in anyway let me know. I will be around on the 7th so if you want I can perhaps come down one night during your stay.

The condoms that the girls have are a mix of no names and trojans. I like to use my own so I usually insist on it, although some girls will insist on using theirs. This rarely happens though. My personal preference is the "Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive" concoms. All the condoms that I used in BT are descent quality, but I just like my own brand. My buddy brought some flavored condoms (Vanilla, Chocolate, etc) with him on my last trip down there and gave me a few. Some of the girls wouldn't let me use them though.

...Beavis sounds like you had a great time Friday night in boys town and your money was very well spent. That was a very excellent posting which provided some usefull information for my upcoming trip. I know that you are a regular so the locals recognize you when you are walking around solo but I was wondering if it would be safe for a sober monger that wasn't a local. Would he be safe in the compound solo if he also does not speak Spanish? Some of the stories I have heard about the room girls I would certainly like to be able to check them out but also want to stay safe. I am also looking forward to your posting if you get the opportunity to go to the Hollywood nights bar to find out what your impressions are of that bar and the hotel that JT . spoke of in his 12-15-2002 posting. I also have a question about the condoms that you can buy in Mexico, are they reasonable, are they safe, or is it better for a monger to bring his own? Its sounds like boys town will have a decent party for New Year's. Hope you save some for the old Chief ha! ha! T minus nine days and counting can wait.

Mic yes I have been in Pimp Daddy's. It has been closed for the last two visits but will reopen soon. The owner has been out of town. I like the place and the girls are hot. He makes sure that they are good providers without attitudes. I did a tall girl named breanda in there, Incredible 20 years old, no kids. They all will let you play with them some before you go to the room and that wil usually give you an indication of what you get.

The last street is know for the TV's but there are some girls there. There are room girls some hot some not. There are two bars with girls and the others are the chicks with dicks. The "Bar Brisas" has girls sometimes fine ones and the last bar with the big "8 Ball" I think they call it La Pelota. I found a hot youing room girl about 2 trips ago on the last street. I saw her twice in the same night which is something I have never done. I wanted to check out the Hollywood bar last time but forgot about it until I was almost home. Papagayos had 3 guys for every girl the other night and 1-2-3 was closed. There were a few in Tamykos but they are too aggressive in there. My advantage is I have been there so many times I know a lot of girls but that also can be a disadvantage when you are looking for new talent.

Thanks for the reply guys, Beavis have you checked out Pimp Daddys wondering what you thought of it. Also what is the action like on the last street, which would be the last street on your left when you first enter the compound. When I;ve been to boystown I generally stay on the two middle streets, not for any particular reason, seems that is what I;ve become comfortable with. As I read the reports from others I notice the reports are generally about the same clubs (Papagayos, Club 123, Shamrock, Tamykos, etc) not that I'm complaining but are the perimeter clubs dead, dangerous, trans infested or what? Maybe someone could shed some light on this. I will be there myself in a couple of weeks but usually am exploring solo, sometimes not a good idea., anyone out there with some recon?

Ditto on what Beavis says. The Mexicans started computerizing these permits three years back and they will hassle you if you forget to surrender a permit then try to get another someday. You should also keep copies of ALL your canceled permits just in case they try to pump you for the $200 pesos saying you did not turn in the paperwork three or four permits back.

It's not a problem turning it in late. When you go to reissue one they will hit you with a 200 peso fine that's all. Be sure to turn it in though because if you don't you will never be able to get another vehicle permit. Especially if you sell the vehicle make sure to do it and keep the "comprobante retorno" paper that they give you.

Good report as usual Beavis, wondering if some of you guys can give me some advice, I have a vehicle permit issued in Nuevo Laredo that is due tomorrow (Sunday) and I know I won't be able return by then. My question is what happens if I turn this permit in late? or what if I don't turn it in at all? I'll be back to boystown the weekend of the 4 or 11th of Jan and could return it then. Thanks.

I decided to drive down and check out the infamous Nuevo Laredo Boys Town on Friday December 27th, 2002. It was a last minute decision so I didn't leave the house until around 5 PM. At about 8:15 I pulled in the gates of the compund and drove around to scope it out. There were quite a few people even this early but I did notice that a lot of the girls were gone and hadn't come back from the holidays. There were quite a few girls but not as many as a normal Friday night. After a couple of cruises around Boys Town I drove around to the back of Marabu and parked. I walked in the Marabu and there were a couple of girls and also a couple of ones that I hadn't seen before. There was one hot looking blonde, but usually for the 1st release I like to go with one of the cheap room girls because this usually doesn't last very long. I walked around the block in the center and found one of my regular girls from Mexico city for 20 dollars. Like I had anticipated this one was fast but for 20 bucks so what. I finished up here and walked around to check out the rest of the room girls. It was slower than normal but there were still plenty of girls. It is now around 9:00 so I walked over to Tamykos.

Tamykos was slower than normal but there were some girls in there. Most of the same regular faces but a lot of the dog pound crew was gone. The aggressive Denise was sitting at a table with another guy so I got to sit at the bar and check it out a little. As usual I had forgotten my dog biscuits and had to shoo away about 3 of them. This scenario reminds me of Ralphie's father from "A Christmas Story" as the dogs always come after him. Beavis fits into this catagory in Tamykos but I don't think I am unique as this must happen to everyone. The pretty girls here seem to keep to them selves as they don't have to sell themselves as hard as some of the others. The better girls were taken so I left and went to Papagayos. There were a lot of people in Papagayos and some hot women but there were at least 3 guys for every girl so this was a walk in and walk out scene. I went back to Marabu and then went cruising around for another room girl. Again I found one of my regulars and gave this one 25 instead of the 20 as she always works hard at her job.

From here I went back to Marabu and spent some time talking to a pretty girl from Acapulco. She didn't seem to pushy and was very friendly but I wasn't quite ready to go again. It was only around 10:30 and I had been twice since about 8:30 so I still needed to charge up a little. All of the waiters in Marabu know me as I have been there so much in the last few years so I spent a little more time talking and then my honey from Acapulco moved on to work. This was fine as I still wasn't quite ready. I made another pass and then went to the Shamrock. Here I found another of my regular girls named Leti. This girl is a hot little number in the rack so I bought her on beer and off we went. This one lasted a while and was a lot of fun. 40 dollars to her and 10 for the room but well worth it. The Shamrock girls or at least the ones I have been with haven't been hit with the inflation prices yet as most will go for 40 bucks. Some of the girls here even start asking at 40 and I am sure will go lower but for this price you can't complain. I finished here and walked back to Marabu, drank a club soda and left to come home around 11:45. I got laid 3 times and spent 95 dollars. All three girls were repeats but all three are very good so I more than got my money's worth.

Sure there are cheaper places in the world but this is 3 hours from my house. For about 20 dollars including gas and border crossing fees I can be there, get laid, and go home and sleep in my own bed. I had three nice girls and everything included with the drinks I bought spent 143 dollars. I most likely will go back for New Years so I can get started around 11:58 and have the ole johnson where it needs to be for the beginning of 2003.
