There is a crack dealer who operates not just openly - but flagrantly - in front of a certain club on Street Three, and tons of people beat a path to him all day long, day and night, every day. There is no secrecy to this situation - even people brand new to Boys Town tend to learn about it instantly, often the exact location before they step foot in the compound, and I have seen no change to this situation in the 6 months I have been aware of it. There is no question whatsoever that Boys Town police are covering for it and benefitting from it; the only question is at what level of the Mexican police force is this not a secret (Municipal? State? Federal? Military? They all do periodic sweeps of Boys Town). I find this situation as offensive as hell, and I seriously wish it would end, as there are so many crackheads in Boys Town whose lives I have literally seen whither away. Though deep down inside I believe the "solution" would be to just bulldoze the whole thing together.

That said, I agree it is absolutely moronic to actually take it. However, I (sadly) believe there is no way that purchasing a rock from this dealer would ever result in any penalty or even shakedown from the Boys Town police, the only real risk would be taking it outside the zone and then getting busted by a different police force who is not backing this particular dealer.

Real smart guy. Gonna try it once a month? It don't work that way guy. Trust me. I ent through the shit with my ex wife's (US) daughters. You may think you'll only do it once in awhile but it'll grab you by the balls and won't let go.

You're right about driving in NL though. Really no hassle at all if you can stand the fucking horns going off at you a nanosecond after the lite turns green.

I've got an 01 SUV and a Firebird COnvertible in NL and have in the past had Jeeps and a Mercedes Ben down here and never had the least bit of a problem, even in BT!

Don't think the cornucopia of drugs you say are on display openly (which I've not seen) are a sign of a ringos immunity from arrest. They'll sell them to you, turn around and clue the policia on to the fact you bought the drugs, you will be arrested and the drugs will be returned to the dealer by the policia and your ass is in the carcel. Buddy, you don't want to experience a Mexican prison! Trust me!

i have driven across the border close to twenty times without any problems. i do not want to waste a room girl fuck ($20) on taxi fare. the first time i drove i was scared shitless but became a little more comfortable each time. my ability to speek spanish is extremely limited and i have a fairly new car (2004). when driving don't drive drunk and obay all traffic laws (you will be the only one who does) that way le has less reason to stop you. i figure i saved enough in taxi fares to pay for a shake down. a few weeks ago i stayed at the star bar. it was $20 for twelve hours. the room was very basic but clean (even the sheets) it had hot water, towels and soap. there was no heat but i anticipated this and brought a space heater with me. i don't like not having a key but the rooms are fairly secure, just don't bring anything too valuble. i wanted to start out with the very cute door girl i found on my last trip but she was not around, it was too early for the clubs so i took a walk down the third street. i came across a nice looking girl (about a 7.5) and decided to give her a try in my room. she wanted a rock (crack *****) so i bought two for her and we went to the room. after she got high we went at it for about two hours. i must say, the rock paid off big time. she was much better that a gfe, (girl friends seldom will stick their tounges up your ass hole). i must admit she convinced me to try a hit, which lead to several more. she never even asked me for money although i did give her fifty to stay the night. if you have not tried it don't i can see why people get addicted, it is a feeling that is almost as good as an orgasm but it leaves you wanting more and more. it leaves you very very horny but with a limp dick (even with the blue vitamin). i will probably try it again (only with a good looking cw) but i will only allow myself to do this no more that once a month so i don't get addicted too. if you decide to try an experiance with a crack hoe, do it early in the evening, later on they become very despirate for their rock and aren't worth shit. i did find it interesting that numerous types of drugs are for sale on the side walk. the "vendor" has them on display on the side walk and there is no attempt to hide them when the cops go by. i found out later that the cops are paid off so they will not hastle the buyer or seller. i still suggest having the girl carry the rocks, i think the cops would love to find some illegal mind altering substances on gringos so they could afford that new car. i will be heading back in about two weeks with my space heater and hope to have another great time.
