Just announcing back in Cebu.

I just checked on SRRV. You have to be in phils first to apply, can't applky from overseas.

You can coordinate things with the PRA and get and EED to be allowed entry into the Philippines to begin the application process. It is being discussed at length in several of the online forums. Is a drawn out bureaucratic process like anything government related but it is possible.

Your photo is too funny. We're all waiting for the borders to open, man. Meanwhile I'll be grabbing the big boobs of my regulars in the Dominican Republic in less than three weeks. I'm also three-quarters packed of my entire household goods in California and have open ticket for when the PH finally does open. I officially retire later this year so I hope it is shortly after that so I can get the SRRV-military. Its my opinion that when trouble comes to foreigners, it comes hard (like your friend). The pic was posted in a Filipino guy's FB. I found it both shocking and humorous. Years ago one of the old guard here nicknamed Phils, "The Wild West of Sex".

It's mine that this things don't happen out of the the blue. There is always a back story:. Bitter husband or business partner; unpaid family etc. The list goes on.

It's always better to be more value alive than dead in the Philippines.

I've been going to Phils for yonks, and I've never encountered any trouble, but I had a dear friend murdered in Angeles last year. Of course, the official ruling was suicide, the great kano disease that claims many foreigners in Asia.
