Hi friends,

Can you suggest a good girl friendly hotel. I need to make a choice amongst Crowne plaza and LE meridian which is more girl friendly, has in hotel men massage and near to local shopping can you please suggest.

Also please suggest nightlife where to go I want to try local and foreign both.

If in-room massage is offered in a Hotel, I wish every one would mention it in their report. At least for me, this is an attraction in selecting a Hotel.

Many hotels in Jakarta have full service massage girls who will come to your room.

Orchardz Industri is very clean, very new hotel, with big modern style rooms of a standard comparable to most hotel chains in the states. Like all Orchardz Hotels, Orchardz Industri has a Karaoke and a spa. See attached photos, the spa is "men only", and if you hit "3" on your phone you can get a "therapist to room".

I didn't try the Karaoke. I didn't go to the spa. But I used the 3 button quite a bit. A lady answers, fluent in english and says "you want massage or massage with full service, which means everything?

"full service please" "ok cost 750 ok?" "yes" "girl on her way" that was easy. Don't even need to give the room number. 4 minutes latter.

Girl is always fairly young (oldest was 26) fairly slim, and well groomed. No grannies or fatties. They put a towel down on your bed, take off their clothes and proceed to give you a one hour naked indonesian massage. After that shower and sex.

I'm interested in this area because it's near Kota Indah. Rooms look decent and it's definitely cheap. I just google mapped the hotel and there doesn't seem like any decent food options to walk to which is important to me. Did you manage to find any good food locations nearby?

Depends what you mean by 'decent food options" ?. Can you stomach local street food and stalls? Or are you looking for western restaurants, or international fast food chains etc. There are decent local street foods and stalls everywhere in this area, but if you want the earlier, you are probably in the wrong area. You need to choose which is your priority.

If you are considering Orchards Industri, there is a Brand new 4 star Grand Orchards just a block away across the train tracks, only slightly more in price. Not sure if they offer the same services as the other Orchards hotels. Looks well worth it for a brand new hotel.

New hotel? I last stayed there around 2012 and the rooms were old and disgusting. If it seems new, they must have completely renovated it.

Orchardz industri is located close to malls, ancol water park and lokasari / mangga besar.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and the hotel doesn't give off a monger vibe at all. People in the eating area are families etc.

Are the ibis budget hotels Girls friendly?

You will be hard pressed to find a NOT girl-friendly hotel in Jakarta, which has been mentioned over and over.

With the exception of the "shariah" hotels, which will be clearly advertised as only accepting "married" couples.

Looking at a possible business trip to Jakarta, and my first time. Does anyone know if Grand Hyatt Jakarta has any offerings like the Grand Hyatt in Singapore in regards to clubs for women to meet with guests or is it girl friendly? Any known hotspots in the area of the hotel? Thanks!

Girl-friendly like 99,9% of hotels in Jakarta, no direct offerings in the hotel. Go down South to Shangri-La with BATS or Mulia for CJ's, or up north to the brothels, Malioboro being closest, but Classic is also reasonably close. RTFF for what the difference is between the 4 places.
