Most of the Thai population has been vaccinated with SinoVac which does not protect against the Delta variant.

If the Government wants to protect its population, India should not get any preferential treatment when it comes to safety measures.

Infections have gone down dramatically in India. In cities like Chennai and Bangalore where I travel a lot, life has completely returned to normal except for the fact that most people still continue to wear masks.

The vaccination program is very effective and people who were infected despite the two vaccine doses have overcome with little damage. They did mess it up in the beginning, but they have a surprisingly strong network to get things done despite the BS politics behind it.

There are a lot of other countries that are seeing a surge in infection rates with Delta Variant being the dominant one.

Regardless of my opinion, from next month, vaccinated Indians will be allowed to travel to places following the sandbox model.

I will observe what's happening before booking my tickets.
