Smooci was broken or offline for a couple of days last week, which I found out only after two bookings didn't turn up!! The first time I thought it was an innocent mistake as it was the middle of the day, but I contacted them when it happened the 2nd time and they admitted there was an issue and bookings weren't going through to the agencies correctly. They said it would be a few days to sort out, and they gave me a refund of my subscription.

It didn't make up for the lost time however waiting around in vain!!
