Too much traffic, narrow pavements and not the best looking chicas I've seen here. My apartment is situated very near Carrera 27 on the downtown side, but once you cross over the Carrera you're in Sotomayor which is a much nicer area. From there the walk downhill to Cabacera is really nice. Everything is better than the downtown, ie the sidewalks, shops, cafes, chicas better looking etc. Have walked back from there on 2 evenings until around 10 PM, when there are still many people walking around, and it feels safe..
