I did a simple Google Search on "RFK Jr is a conspiracy theory crackpot" honestly expecting to find just 2-3 results from a few ultra Dem or pro Biden sources.
Man, was I wrong about that. LOL. The BBC, NYT, Forbes, etc, etc, etc are chock full of lists of ridiculous conspiracy theories that loon claims. No wonder the typical sucker for his idiotic assertions is a Biden-hating Repub:
RFK Jr's conspiracy theories and Republican supporters.

How many people in that family?
I saw comments from 2, his nephew who is a Jew.
And someone else probably protecting his Q rating / social credit score.
So 2 out of 1000?

Yes, they can be wrong, but they're usually correct more often than not.
I like taking concensus of science matter, because not all scientists agree on any given subject matter. But a majority agreement of it is a better way to determine what is correct conclusion. Does that mean that 20,30,50,100 years from now it will still be correct? NO, ie the world is not flat as thought hundreds of years ago. Difference is we have better technology to measure things with now vs. 500 years ago. So science today is more precise than before, not perfect, just more precise.
Fun fact, science main battle ground is peer review. A scientist can write any thesis they want, but if it can not be duplicated, it is garbage science.

But back to the main point of why the indictments are not a big deal. Here we have a Democratic candidate criticizing Biden on border protection on an independent comedians podcast and you and Tooms go off on this zany rant of Trump and clowns and right wingers when they literally had nothing to do with anything RFK was talking about.
You all cannot shut up about Trump and the right wing because that is like what you douches do to identify each other.
RFK also said that where the border wall has openings that need to be fixed that Trump bought millions of dollars of supplies to fix the wall. Apparently, Biden's people according to RFK hated Trump so much that they used taxpayer money to buy their own supplies and left Trump's material to rot.
So getting back to the OP asking do the indictments surprise me? No, the lawyers bringing the charges against Trump are not "experts" but political hacks and those of us who know how the justice system works are not shocked about Trump getting indictments. The surprising to me is not that there are indictments but that there has not been an assassination attempt on Trump.
In the mean time, this is the guy who is supposedly running the country now: https://www.zerohedge.com/political/...ing-about-wife.

Some media outlets have reached a fever pitch over what they have deemed President Bidens secret flights of migrants. They claim that the Biden administration is covertly flying migrants into communities around the country. But these flights are a regular, decades-old practice used for transporting migrants.
The Government Often Transports Migrants by Plane
For generations, some migrants arriving at the border who are apprehended by the Border Patrol have been released into the United States and permitted to attend court hearings outside of detention. And the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has occasionally assisted migrants with transportation. DHS will sometimes arrange flights to the location they will wait in before attending court or help their family members purchase plane tickets for them before theyre released. This process has occurred under Republican and Democratic presidents alike, including Bush, Obama, and Trump.

Posts: 2The GOP lost me about 10 yrs ago & I'm never coming back
I used to vote Repub back in the Reagan & Bush 1. 0 days, as I liked the libertarian, pro-business agenda. Also liked John MCCain a lot. Never cared much for the NRA -- especially that goon LaPierre -- but I am a gun owner & believe the 2nd amend should be respected. But after the Tea (bagger) Party got going in the early 10's, that whole party changed big-time and I wouldn't vote for any of those clowns if you paid me $10,000.
Yeah, I'm not exactly thrilled with the entitled far-left, pronoun-loving, gender-fluid, give (everyone else's) money away indiscriminately Bernie / AoC crowd either, but on balance if I'm faced with a Hobso's Choice of having 3 bathrooms (MEN, WOMEN & OTHER) vs. Tiki-torch carrying bigots marching thru my town, or Meatball Ron telling FLA, schools what to teach little kids, I'll take the former.
To me. The only good and at zi is one that's 6-feet underground. I don't care who it is, or where they're from. (I'm white BTW.) Older guy down the street from me used to get in my face pushing that MAGA "white christian nationalist" crap real hard, I told him better check his health insurance (or Medicare) is current, be / see if he keeps going down the road he's on he's going to need it. Haven't heard or seen him in awhile, so I guess he got the message.
We need a legot 3rd party in America, because the way things are going very soon it will be just a binary choice between hardcore communists and white-hood-wearing Klansmen. That's not a very appealing prospect.

It fits the pattern here pretty well.
That short term pop would likely be most noticeable in close battleground states.
However, it is even quite likely at play and helping Trump in the polls showing Biden ahead of Trump, as in the Fux News poll, where Biden's lead would be greater if not for savishly obedient Repub Trumpsters like you racing to any opportunity in disproportionately higher numbers to express their loving devotion to horrific Pandemics, across the board closures, massive jobs destruction, worldwide economic collapse and supply-chain destruction and the inevitable inflation that follows, trillions added to the deficit with nothing but fewer jobs created to show for it, crippled mongering tourism for the rest of their lifetimes, defunding, attacking, maiming and killing the police, etc etc etc.
