Why is Biden pushing through a vaccine mandate using an emergency provision versus going through Congress and passing a law like it is supposed to be done? He is doing this even when the Congress is controlled by Democrats.

Does the Covid vaccine prevent the spread of Covid? I do not know how anyone can look at the current data and say that it does. For now, it looks like it prevents hospitalization and death at best.

And now we are left with data that shows that one in 50 times the vaccine prevents someone from getting critically ill. That is a reason for some people to get the vaccine especially those in high risk groups but when you look at the side effects in low risk groups, IMO the side effects of the vaccine is more of a risk than catching Corona.

So Covid is with us to stay. There may be short term herd immunity but there will be no long term herd immunity as long as the virus is harbored with other species and can mutate amongst them.

Given that the countries that have had the greatest reduction in Covid cases have been among the unvaccinated like Colombia and India, the government should get the hell out of telling people what to do.

Getting the Covid vaccine should be an individual decision a person should make while weighing risks and benefits with his or her doctor like every other health decision including abortion.

Of course, that does not fit the China loving, one party hugging, white male hating, Democratic douches who think they know what is best for everyone.

As a baseball fan, I was sad to see that JR Richard died of Covid recently. He was a Democrat, but I mainly remember him as a fireballer pitcher for the Astros. He had a rough life with a lot of ups and downs.
