Posts: 690I'm a pothead comedian with my own baggage
Hindsight is 20/20 for a pothead who is not a statistician. Check out Jimmy's stats and issues (he discovered comedy as a way to avoid beatings by 6 older catholic brothers) on Wikipedia. Monday morning quarterbacks know it all. Money grubbing pharma will make your life miserable and kill you. Jimmy and his researchers will enlighten you. I'm a pothead that loves comedy, BTW.

It was obvioously deliberately hidden for as long as they could. Why? Bcos of the corporate capture of the state regulatory body (CDC) by the industry it is sposed to regulate (Big Pharma).
And how is reponsible for allowing this dangerous corrution, the Reps? The Dems? The truth is BOTH sides. Vote Neithersideism, bcos you need CHANGE.

You were the one who brought up "the warrant". That means you are dumber than Donnie the Dumbass' dumb lawyers.

Nobody has said that Donnie the Dumbass had the "status" to look at the documents. But not after he left the WH, Those documents did not belong to him. Period. Look, much like other established democratic countries, that have a three (3) or four (4) political parties and take less money influencing politics, would definitely be more ideal towards a more democratic US. Unfortunately, QAnon/Repubs, are moving the US towards a fascist dictatorship.
Finally, let me ask you a question:
Q. If you absolutely had to choose between Dems or Repubs, with "gun/pistol to your head" (figuratively speaking of course), which of the two (2) parties do you honestly think will get you closer to your "promised land" or utopian unfettered borderless world?

What Democrats' Win In Alaska Tells Us About November.
Sept. 1, 2022
https://fivethirtyeight.com/features...bout-november/
For the second time in as many weeks, Democrats have won a competitive special election. And by the numbers, this win was even more impressive than last weeks victory in New Yorks 19th District.
....
Impressively, Peltola managed to prevail despite Alaska being a fairly red state. According to FiveThirtyEights partisan lean metric, Alaska is 15 percentage points redder than the nation as a whole. That means going by the results in the final round, Peltolas 3-point victory was an 18-point overperformance for Democrats. By contrast, last week, Democrat Pat Ryan won New Yorks 19th District, an R+4 seat, by 2 points just a 6-point overperformance.
Still, the two things and the ONLY things Repubs have going for them to "win" some Congressional seats this mid-term is the long tradition of the out Party in the White House typically doing so in the first mid-term of a presidency anyway and the built-in election-rigging element of extreme gerrymandering favoring Repubs combined with the Repubs' nation-wide packing of state and local ballot-collecting and vote-counting positions with their looniest American democracy-hating QAnon Repubs.
Both of which are critical to swaying the outcome vs the polling and might indeed allow Repubs to prevail.
Otherwise, Repubs have absolutely nothing on their side to justify earning so much as a single free and fair vote and Dems have everything on their side to justify getting 100% of the free and fair votes.
To recap on the poll issue:
Even as actual election results have strongly suggested most polls are way over-sampling Repubs, as of this writing, the Consensus Poll of Polls on the demonstrably winger-leaning RealClearPolitics site and the more highly regarded FiveThirtyEight site show Biden with a higher Job Approval and Favorability Rating than any other Party leader in Congress.
It is higher than either House of Congress.
It is higher than anyone or any entity that can do anything to continue cleaning up the horrific "mess" Trump and his classic Repub policies and stewardship left behind.
It is higher than the immediate former guy had at this point in his so-called presidency and he beats the former guy and 2024 Repub front-runner nominee soundly in a hypothetical head-to-head poll question.
The Dems are also now leading and on the rise in voter preference to control Congress on both sites, following a dramatic plunge for Repubs on that advantage.
And that is before a couple of recent major polls with decidedly good news for Dems (and therefore for America) have been factored into the consensus, before the reaction to Biden's brilliant Soul of America speech has settled in and before most voters have stopped to take a good hard look at the America-hating loons that Trump endorsed into a nomination in many races.

Only one Party has systematically reduce and eliminate taxes for the "wealthy only" in order to, among other disastrous results, 'starve the beast' of the vast majority getting what they want their tax money to pay for and provide. That would be the Republican Party.

Your pro Repub False Equivalency and Bothsiderism helps immeasurably to produce the very "mess" you are presumably referring to. You really might as well stand in line behind the most rabid America-hating QAnon loons and match their Repub votes all down the ballot for every election.

Photos? Yeah, the FBI and the DOJ don't know the law but you do? Serouusly? That's what you want us to believe? There was no photo of classified information. There was a photo of cover sheets. Only an idiot or a moron would look at the photo and say that it was of classified information. Oh, wait. Donnie the Dumbass said that.
Donnie the Dumbass' team of minimum-wage legal idiots never mentioned "the warrant" in their filing on August 31. Not once. Evidently, these geniuses didn't think the warrant was a big deal. But you, with your tRUMP you JD or LLM or SJD or MLS or MDR degree are soooooo much smarter than them. So I don't know who is dumber. Maybe you ought to lend your legal expertise to Donnie's team of idiots.
FYI, Donnie the Dumbass admitted that he fired Comey because of the Russia investigation. https://www.vox.com/policy-and-polit...ublican-voters.
Speaking of a "special master", didn't Donnie the Dumbass say that he declassified all of the documents? Didn't you say that too? And since Donnie the Dumbass said that, why did his team of "we'll work for free because we know he'll stiff us" crackpot legal geniuses specify in their filing yesterday that the "special master" needed to have the appropriate high security clearance? One needs no security clearance to view unclassified documents. Oops.
See, one of the many things that you don't understand is that lawyers who lie in court are subject to severe penalties. That's why none of the 60+ election lawsuits filed by Donnie the Dumbass' lawyers alleged election fraud. That's why Donnie the Dumbass' lawyers didn't say that the documents were declassified. Because you need to show proof to the judge when you file that type of paperwork with the court. Donnie the Dumbass' lawyers couldn't provide election fraud proof and they can't provide declassification proof. They may be working for minimum wage but they aren't stupid. (Well, they are but they work cheap) What good is your supposed law degree if you can't even understand a basic legal ethics question such as that? Something that's taught in the first week of law school. (My brother is a lawyer and he said that that subject is covered very early in law school).
So, the documents in question have not been declassified. Even members of Donnie the Dumbass' own so-called administration have said that his blanket declassification order was "bullshit". Since the documents haven't been declassified, nobody can see them unless they have the appropriate security clearance. Donnie's own lawyers even said that the documents haven't been declassified (see above).
And, besides, the documents do not belong to Donnie the Dumbass. How many times does somebody need to say this before you get it through your thick skull. That is the question here. And the overriding one at that. The rest of of your arguments are, as usual, a smokescreen.
Donnie the Dumbass was illegally in possession of classified documents. He, himself, signed into law a bill increasing the penalty for such an act to a felony and five (5) years in prison. He was so stupid that he thought that he'd be able to pin that charge on HRC. Too bad the bill didn't specify 5 years for every document. You probably can't do the math but, at last count, Donnie the Dumbass had illegal possession of more than 230 classified documents after January 20th, 2020.5 * 230 = 1,150 years in prison. Somehow, I don't think he'd come out of that sentence alive. Lucky for him that he didn't sign a bill that sasid that anybody in possession of classified documents should be shot. Remember, he said that about Assange and Snowden. And Donnie the Dumbass is guilty of the same crime that he wanted them shot for. https://news.yahoo.com/trump-likely-...210237403.html.
