They can file "asylum" claims in Mexico, which will be processed while they wait. Honest question. The last 30 years have seen Republican presidents consistently screw up and Democrats clean up their mess. Clinton after Bush Sr, Obama after Bush Jr. Trump -- it can be argued -- shouldn't be held FULLY responsible for the colossal economic losses due to the worldwide health crisis, but then again, his tenure was fortunately cut short. Filing a tax return does not require a photo ID. Using you logic there should be massive frauds in tax refunds with millions of refunds being sent to the wrong people because of a lack of photo ID. Yes, there IS fraud but mostly from identity fraud. And most folks who steal an identity secure a photo ID.
