Your original, bolded comment is, therefore completely incorrect. Democrats need 60 votes to pass any non-budgetary bills. This might be news to you, but the "Build Back Better" plan is budgetary and therefore not subject to the filibuster. But you'd need a third grade understanding of civics to make that distinction.

I like many California people tried to present our ID to vote and we were told they were not checking IDs. I am sure the Liberal press will not publish this but as a California resident I have witnessed it and I did vote for Biden. You probably don't, but I'll bet that you signed a form stating that it was illegal to vote (and against both state and federal law) if you weren't a citizen. If they don't vote for those things when given the chance their constituents fire them from their cushy job so there is little praise to be handed out for that.
