"Huge result for Glenn Youngkin"?
McCauliffe tried valiantly and came damn close to accomplishing something no one has ever done; win a second term for Governor of Virginia as a candidate of the same Party he ran under in his first term. Only 1 person has ever won a second term for Governor of Virginia. And that was a guy who won as a Democrat in 1965 before the Dems passed all those Civil Rights laws then won again in the 1970's as a Republican (not hard to figure out why doing that helped him in 1970s Virginia).
Furthermore, Virginia makes a habit of electing a Governor from the Party that is NOT currently in the White House. I'm not sure if or when there was an exception to that pattern.
So there are two big reasons it was practically a given that a Repub, any Repub, was going to win that election against a Dem this time around and especially a Dem who already served 1 term as Governor of Virginia.
Of course, that didn't stop the typically pro-Repub Mainstream Media, that must always portray their beloved Repubs as "winners" and Dems as "losers", from characterizing an election race that was practically chiseled in stone to go to the Repub as a "defining election for Biden and the Dems."
It cracked me up when perennial pro-Repub False Equivalence and Bothsider host of Meet The Press, Chuck Todd, opened his show on the Virginia gubernatorial election day with some horseshit like, "This will be the most important, telling election for Biden and the Dems since Biden won the presidency!", obviously hoping no one in his audience remembers the truly HUGE recall election in California that happened just a few months ago that carried vastly more important national implications than this Virginia governors race and which "Biden and the Dems" won in a landslide.
So typical.

You know who "I heard" that from? From people like you. LOL.
I thought the favorite winger meme on this was "Haha. People are fleeing California for Red States like Texas!"
Not so interested in pushing that meme if it means there are 11 Hispanics for every 1 white moving to Texas, huh?

Huge result for Glenn Youngkin yesterday, winning the blue state of Virginia. Normal people are sick of Biden's handlers and their open borders, defunding of police and bailing out of violent criminals, military humiliations abroad, woke lunacy and anti-white hate, and failing economy.
Oh, and they're not too keen on trannies being allowed to rape young girls in school bathrooms while authorities and the media cover it up, and arrest, attack and brand as "domestic terrorists" parents who ask questions about it (or any other parts of the globohomo brainwashing operation that is public schools).
Note that the dems tried to rig the election like last year: there were, ahem, "delays" in the count from heavily democrat Fairfax County, and some ballots had to be, ahem, "rescanned". Fortunately the republican wave was so overwhelming that they were unable to steal it this time.
New Jersey also looks good for the GOP but closer, so I expect the democrat machine in shitholes like Newark will be able to rustle up enough pallets of mail-in ballots, 98% for the democrat, to get Murphy over the line (a guy who said that the Constitution was "above his pay grade".
When Biden saw the result, I bet he shit himself. Again.

Sorry not sorry about Virginia, but you know it is all about the long term. One loss should not matter. Your goal should be doing what is right no matter what the political cost.
So on that end, let me give you all some advice. Declare some workers as unessential, vaccinate as many 5 years old as you can, defund the police, ban parents from schools, embrace critical race teachings, redefine vaccines again, ban the unvaccinated from all aspects of society, and by all means, let's get back to the economy stimulating lockdowns that were so beneficial to our country.
Don't listen to the doubters. Be assured in your convictions.
And when the doubters say, "Joe Biden has lower approval ratings at this stage of his presidency than nearly any president in the era of modern polling. " by all means tune them out.
Who said that? Fux News? OAN? Epoch Times?
Maybe I should have listed the whole quote. The New York Times's Nate Cohn wrote. "Joe Biden has lower approval ratings at this stage of his presidency than nearly any president in the era of modern polling."
He he. It looks like the house of douches is turning on its own.

Woke-simple is (first) yelling "trans women are women and the world is going to end in 10 years unless you all eat bugs and live in a pod" at the top of your lungs.
(second) bad-mouthing any and all reality-based media by calling them "Fascists" and "Fux News", and attempting to have anyone who advocates such reality-based ideas fired and imprisoned.
(third) believing every leftwingcommie cokamamie idea made up by the democommie media such as "RussiaRussiaRussia" which was investigated for 2 years and no evidence found.
(fourth) believing that opinions are actually facts (like "Admiral" Levine is the "first female four-star admiral".
(fifth) believing that Chris "Fredo" Cuomo, that Maddow guy, and the crazy race lady ironically named "Joy" report real news and not cockamamie BS.
Woke-simple is much easier, as long as nobody misgenders anyone.

In fact it is "people of color" (but never "colored people", of course) many of whom are illegals who will need to go back one way or another.

The state’s Hispanic population is now nearly as large as the non-Hispanic white population, with Texas gaining nearly 11 Hispanic residents for every additional white resident since 2010. Those trends set up a pitched battle for political control when state lawmakers redraw legislative districts.

Naturally, that means the unavoidable, inarguable conclusion must be that I "like it" when Democrats do it and "don't like it" when Republicans do it. As would any patriotic American wanting the best rather than the worst outcomes for America.
Silly question.
