Pretty bad when you even have the Aryans / Persians mocking your stoopidity

Uncanny impersonation of Kamala Harris, better known as 'Heels Up'. Works on so many levels: the banal meaninglessness of her words; the outbreaks of inappropriate cackling at random intervals; the soulless dead fish eyes, hated by democrats and republicans alike. No wonder they're trying desperately to keep Sleepy Joe breathing.

Except you didn't short Biden's policies. Not until more than a year later. Anyone can be a Monday morning quarterback, even you. If you really believed Biden's policies were wrong for the country and the markets, why didn't you initiate your short position on Inauguration Day?

You have high quality REITs just like those high quality MBS. Why don't these REITs just double the rent on all their clients and double their income and yield? You make it sound like that has no downside.
Do you know what a REIT is? Do you know how they operate? There are about 20 different categories of REITs and they are not all the same.

REITs can't double the rents. They have this old-fashioned legal document called a lease. You may have heard of it. That legal agreement documents what the rental payments are and how much they increase each year.

Thing is that despite objective data showing lockdowns did nothing to prevent damage from Covid, you dumb Dems still believe that they did.

I always know when I have blistered a narcissist (that would be you Elvis). When you veer completely off topic and start talking about Covid, and start calling people names. That is when I know you are frustrated and feeling inadequate.

Remind me, who was it that predicted that absolutely the deaths from Covid would not exceed 80,000 in the US. (They topped 1 million a while back). Who claimed Sweden was a great model to follow. They didn't lockdown while their neighbors all did. Well enough time has passed. What does the evidence show (Worldometer) Sweden had nearly 2 times as many deaths per capita from Covid compared to Denmark (a much more densely populated country). Nearly 3 times as many deaths per capita as Finland and 4 times as many deaths per capita as Norway.

    Debunked

Counts stopped at midnight with Trump miles ahead, while they worked out how many votes Biden needed, then a few hours later pallots of hundreds of thousands, 98% for Biden, mysteriously show up from. Who knows where? Well, Dinesh the'Souza might have found out in his excellent documentary 2000 Mules, which showed part of the democrat mail-in ballot collection scam.

Why do no other serious countries have mass mail-in ballots? France just had a national presidential election. It was in-person voting on paper ballots on election day (with rare exceptions for overseas military personnel, sick / housebound people, all arranged and verified beforehand) and the results were released the same night. Why can't America have a presidential election like that, as in most other countries? We all know the answer, of course.
All of these fallacies have been debunked by Republicans in charge of elections. And they have been debunked by the audits conducted by Republicans. But sure, bring up "2000 Mules" again becauser it, too, has been debunked by professionals who know what they're talking about.

Now, to your other question. "Why do no other serious countries have mass mail-in ballots?" Because those other countries have elections controlled by the Federal government in some fashion. In most European countries, one is automatically registered to vote when one turn 18. In France, one isn't, which is why France has some of the lowest voter turnout rates in Europe. https://www.france24.com/en/europe/2...-of-abstention.

But more to the point, why don't we look at our neighbor to the south, Mexico. In Mexico, there is not much mail-in voting, that's true. But in Mexico, the Federal Government is in charge of elections. How voter registration is done and how voting is done is enshrined in the Mexican Constitution. The way to register to vote is in the Constitution. The documents required are in there also. The INE (voter ID card) is provided by the Federal government. When you show up to your polling place, they have a voter roll with a photo (provided by the Federal government also) and you are required to show your INE. But, also enshrined in the Mexican Constitution, is the fact that there is one polling place for every 1500 people. As is the fact that election day in Mexico is on a Sunday and election day is also a federal holiday. Many businesses that are usually open on a Sunday (like restaurants) are closed on election day because of the high salary costs (triple time?) of requiring people to work on that day.

But I'd be willing to bet money that you and the rest of the tRUMPers here would object mightily to a Mexican-style system in the US. After all, you'd rather complain about how states should have the right to say that a hunting license is fine as proof of residency but that a college ID isn't. Or that closing all but one polling place in a county is perfectly OK and that requiring somebody to take time off from an hourly job and drive 2 hours in order to vote is fine. Or that mail-in ballots are somehow fraudulent just because they are mail-in ballots. Because, you know, it is very easy for someone who doesn't have a clue as to what your signature looks like to forge your signature.

I don't know what is worse, that you actually have the stone to post such nonsense or that you actually believe what you posted.

California has no shortage of wealthy people happy to live there and pay taxes. Obviously, the revenue and record budget surpluses reflect this. What you are describing is Keynesian economics. Sadly the Republican politicos all believe that if you keep giving the rich tax breaks and more tax breaks, everything will work out.

Deficits only matter when a Democrat is in the White-House. But when a Republican is in tenancy, and tax breaks are contemplated. Well then, deficits don't matter. I think the Greeks had a word for that. Hypocrisy.

They are not "claims". It is a verified voice message from Sleepy Joe to Heroin Hunter. It proves that he was deeply involved with Hunter's dubious business deals ("10% for the big guy") and that he lied when he stated that he knew nothing about them.

We have prima facie evidence, from his own mouth, that the sitting president lied about a serious, potentially criminal matter. And yet most of the mainstream media is refusing even to mention it. Why?

    Because they are fake news.

Your youtube piece is from Sky News Australia which is owned by News Corp. Rupert Murdoch has 39% voting power over this corporation and they also own and operate Fox News. I'm sure you weren't aware but all of News Corp's media subsidiaries would be classified as ultra-conservative and journalistic integrity is not their hallmark.
Right, Biden's voice mail is "lacking substance", and the problem with Biden obviously lying is Rupert Murdoch. How dare he not cover up Biden's lies?

If? Thing with the Bidens is you do not have to prove anything. You just let the Bidens do the talking. Hell, Hunter's own laptop was chock full of dirt that the Trump children would have been crucified over.

Not that it matters, but the last I checked Trump was not president but you Dems cannot quit him. Where would you all be without blaming Trump for all your ills?
