I don't think it is possible to assume such a thing anymore. No, the disastrous, massive U.S. job-killing result of their one and only economic solution to everything has been too consistent for almost a century to be anything but intentional. As stupid as we might think Repubs are about it, nobody could be that stupid that consistently and that often due to a mere lack of basic math skills.
This from the guy who defends Carter and supports Barack Hussein Okenya, the only president in American history never to have a full year of growth above 3%. LOL.

The problem with your post is you didn't answer the questions. Try again:

If any other country had launched a sustained air assault upon a US warship leaving many dead, would America have simply accepted an "apology" and gone on to send them billions of taxpayer dollars and cutting edge military technology? Would the US media have completely blocked all coverage of the event? Yes or no answer will do to start, then if you really want to get a nosebleed you could try and answer the question "why?

The 3.8 million figure is grossly inflated, as it includes everyone who died with covid rather than of it. Incentives were given to doctors and hospitals to get the number up by testing people dying or dead of something else. Many dying people caught it in hospital where they were about to die anyway. We all remember the notorious case of the guy killed in an auto accident who was counted as a covid death. And the average age of covid death is mid-80's, so half of them were late 80's and 90's, and were on the way out regardless.

At the same time, the 176 m figure is a tiny fraction of the real number. Most people who had it didn't even know that they did, and it went unreported. It is a highly contagious disease; once it gets out in a population there's little way to stop it, as the data has shown: countries and states with no lockdown had the same results as those with draconian lockdown. But for the vast majority, they either don't notice it or they have a couple of days of flu-like symptoms and get better. No trip to the hospital, no test, no report, they just continue with life (as we all should have).

What I like about this message is the idea of "outcompeting" China despite their scrupulous business practices. The previous administration's strategy of painting China as the "enemy" always sounded like the sour grapes of a kid complaining about the other team cheating. It created an air of warmongering that was off-putting to me. While I have little regard for China's domestic policies and even their culture, I do respect the efficacy of their One Belt One Road strategy of investing in poor nations in order to expand their sphere of influence. In response, I believe that outcompeting them is the strategy of champions, rather than the venomous-borderline warmongering strategy. But we can't do it by ourselves. China's neighbors already dislike them. If the Europeans stay firmly on board, sacrificing some short term benefits of dealing with China, the CCP will be limited in how fast they can grow.

Just my two cents of how to approach the troubling problem of containing China's reach into what has traditionally been our strongholds.
I agree. And I submit Biden has a better plan in every way than the former guy.

Not that Trump had a plan at all with regard to China other than to frame them as the "Yellow Menace" out of one side of his mouth to thrill his lamebrain base while lying in perfect sync with Xi out of the other side of his mouth about the known (to him) threat and risk of the spread of the coronavirus to the point of triggering a Pandemic that could have been avoided if an honorable POTUS with real concern about American lives and the economy had been in that position at the time. His only focused goal with China appears to have been to beg them to "Make sure I win." lol. He lost that negotiation, too.

History will forever show that Trump was the wrong person in the wrong job at the wrong time and, not surprisingly, tragically wrong about everything important. As was easily predictable by anyone paying attention.

Hydroxychloroquine works. This is, of course, complete bullshit. See https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/nejmoa2016638 and https://www.thelancet.com/journals/e.../PIIS2589-5370(20) 30389-8/ fulltext.

The Virus came from a Chinese lab. This is far from a proven fact. Plus, trump claimed the release was dejliberate. https://www.forbes.com/sites/sarahha...h=8b733f233f1c.

Hunter Biden's laptop was real. And even Fux News couldn't make much out of it.

Lafayette Square was not cleared for a photo op. And this comes out after HOW MANY months? If this was REALLY true, the relevant parties would have shown proof immediately. I wonder who got paid off?

The "Russian Bounties" story was fake. Bad intel. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/30/u...elligence.html.

We did produce vaccines before the end of 2020, in record time. And how many idiot republikkkans won't get vaccinated because the vaccine alters your DNA, contains microchips, magnetizes you, etc? Dumb, dumber, dumbest https://www.refinery29.com/en-us/202...e-anti-vaxxers.

Blue state lockdowns didn't work. BS. https://www.latimes.com/business/sto...ry-outpaces-us And besides, it is the CONSUMERS who control the reopening anyway https://www.idahostatejournal.com/co...d0ef34ea0.html.

Schools should be opened. Sure. But not the expense of children or teachers.

Critical Race Theory is a disaster for our schools and our Country. Critical Race Theory is a disaster for racists, white supremacists and republikkkans. https://www.theatlantic.com/politics...lained/618828/.

Our Southern Border security program was unprecedentedly successful". So was trump's.

Trump 10 - Fake News Deep State Dems 0. Trump got kicked to the curb. Unfortunately, republicans still exist. But everybody knows they are liars anyway.

You're living in your own little fantasy world if you equate an understanding of the attack on the Liberty with supporting Trump or opposing covid vaccinations. A reflection of your mentality as absurd as equating objections to Isreali double-standards and crimes with anti-semitism.

Liberty was a tragic mistake. Nothing more, nothing less.

Every sane person knows it was a mistake. After a detailed and thorough investigation by the USA And Israeli governments it was established beyond any doubt, even unreasonable, that USS Libery was mistaken for an Egyptian ship.

Only a complete moron and / or rabid anti-Semite can spread the idiotic idea that Israel (during the war, mind you) would've knowingly attacked a ship of their only true ally in the whole wide world. And then, mind you, pay multimillion dollar compensation and damages. Yeah, totally plausible, why the fuck not.

This is on the same level as denying Holocaust. You must be genuinely sick to believe such nonsense or really, really sick spreading the lies while not believing in it.

But it's up to you. If you admit that you and Golfinho are complete and utter morons, well, OK then. I might believe you aren't liars, just morons..

However, if you deny that you and Golfinho are complete and utter morons, then the conclusion is inevitable. You are liars and rabid anti-Semites. This is a fact. And stating a fact is not an ad hominem attack, it's just stating a fact.

If you don't want to be called a liar, don't lie. If you don't want to be called an anti-Semite don't spread anti-Semitic bullshit.

    Easy-peasy, really.

If you cannot understand the difference between being removed from a position in a political party by elected representatives of that party, and being censored by social media companies used by the majority of Americans which have benefited from Section 230 privileges specifically designating them a platform not a publisher to become the modern-day public square, then you are an even bigger cretin than I thought.

Great post and I don't think anyone can argue against it. They can just ignore it like the fake news does. Amazing that these issues were called Trump lies and now there are proven true to the dismay of the socialists.
