The unemployment rate for every demographic had been declining steadily and dramatically since mid 2009, soon after the passage of the American Recovery and Re-investment Act was passed with virtually no Republican votes. I have posted the line charts for it here before. But any Bureau of Labor Statistics search will turn up the necessary historical charts and graphs.

The fact that it continued its steady and dramatic downward trajectory for several months after January 2017 while Trump played golf is not surprising. But it also had nothing to do with how well Trump played golf or, more likely, how well he cheated on his score card.

The other far more important factor in the blacks, hispanics and women unemployment rate decline and increased entry into the labor force than anything Trump or other Repubs would have a thing to do with was there had been a big movement in mostly Dem states and cities to begin incrementally raise the minimum wage. Minimum wage jobs being more likely than most filled by blacks, hispanics and women, those demographics were naturally enticed into taking jobs that would finally actually pay enough to survive..

That's a lot of hampster-wheeling to explain why we had record unemployment numbers under President Trump, yet it was somehow magically because of democrats, LOL.

It's very simple. Reduced government regulations are good for capitalism.

For example, in the USA, prostitution in almost all areas of the country is illegal (Highly regulated). These regulations lead to a shortage of ladies willing to offer services. Shortage of pussy=High prices.

In Mexico, prostitution is legal in most places, these lack of regulations leads to an abundance of ladies willing to offer services. Abundance of pussy=Lower prices.

"Operation Warp Speed" was merely the brand name Trump gave the effort to invent a vaccine for his Pandemic well after vaccine manufacturers defied his long, loud and persistent dismissal of a need for it and started inventing one anyway.

At most, Trump finally gave up trying to convince everyone on Earth, including vaccine manufacturers, that the viral threat was a "HOAX!, only 1 case out of China, 15 here and that will be near zero soon, we've got this under control, it will disappear like in a dream, it will disappear WITHOUT A VACCINE!, there will be NO coronavirus in the Fall (of 2020)", etc, etc, etc and applied some too little too late tax dollars (that he proudly admits he doesn't even pay) to the effort.
