USA Job growth accelerated in July across nearly all industries, restoring nationwide employment to its prepandemic level, despite widespread expectations of a slowdown as the Federal Reserve raises interest rates to fight inflation.

Employers added 528,000 jobs on a seasonally adjusted basis, the Labor Department said on Friday, more than doubling what forecasters had projected. The unemployment rate ticked down to 3. 5 percent, equaling the figure in February 2020, which was a 50-year low.

Yes, we had three months of a 3. 5% unemployment rate under Trump, two of which occurred in early 2020. No great feat for someone that inherited a "Full Employment" 4. 7% and declining unemployment rate four years earlier.

And that was before his disastrous economic decisions in 2018 and in 2020 came to fruition and produced four months of double digit unemployment rates and wiped out millions upon millions of jobs as well as destroying global supply chains, closing down worldwide economies and triggering hyper-inflation that Biden had to tackle and tame:

The refunds are expected to average $141 per participant in plans through the marketplace, $155 for those in plans through small employers and $78 for enrollees in large-group plans.

The aggregate total being refunded $1 billion is down from $2 billion issued in 2021 and a record $2.5 billion in 2020.

You do not have to comply with a subpoena. They are voluntary. If Trump defies a subpoena, the proper process is go to a judge and have the subpoena enforced. A judge can say that Trump had to follow the subpoena. The problem with this is that whatever decision the judge makes, it can be overturned by the Appeals Court and after that the Supreme Court which I bet it would have been, and the FBI knew that.

Profoundly and utterly wrong. Failure to respond timely to a subpoena can result in civil and / or criminal contempt charges and fines and may compromise your ability to later contest parts of the subpoena. Voluntary?? Dear God, Elvis where do you get these ideas?
