There are thousands of drilling rigs stacked in Canada and USA. Drilling can ramp up quickly in both countries to easily increase production by 2,000,000 barrels a day within a year. Canada would have increased their production by 1 million barrels a day last year of the pipeline had not been cancelled. There is not a lot of excess production available because Biden has killed almost ever pipeline proposed in last 2 years. There is not a lot of exploration being done because Biden is trying to kill the oil and gas industry. Biden is the reason oil companies are not drilling. With USA production down over 1 million barrels a day and the void of the 830,000 barrels a day from Canada we are forced to go to OPEC, Saudi, Iran and Venezuela to buy oil. These countries are not stupid like Biden cultists. They know USA will buy the oil at any price. That is why companies like Chevron and Exxon are putting their exploration money into other countries. Investing billions in other countries. Employing workers in other countries. Paying taxes in other countries. The oil companies are making billions and Biden can take credit for it. It sounds like you believe that just because someone has something but haven't done anything with it then it is somehow available.

A business partner could have created this entity on his own. Without the ownership documents of Rosemont Seneca Thornton which are not public we simply can't know.
