After months and months of positive reports and all time record high closes, one Inflation report came in a whole 0. 1 point "higher than expected" and stock market Nervous Nellie's ran for the hills. It's definitely, a very good peek into the world of polls and how they operate. You highlight some of the crafty, manipulative and artful machinations employed to that skew results. Which is probably why, I don't give polling a lot of credence and treat them with a rather large "pinch of salt".

But, by all accounts, RealClearPolitics, looks to be, just another propaganda outlet, of the Repub Party.

LOL. This is the unavoidable and inarguable "But The Emperor is Naked" truth in direct opposition to the general poll assertions that seems to finally come up during every Great Repub Depression, Great Repub Recession, Massive Repub Jobs destruction and, as now, every Great Dem Economic Recovery, Great Dem Economic Expansion and Great Dem Jobs Creation.

But but but the Repubs' bullshit pitch that their methods of cutting or ignoring regulations and cutting taxes so everything is FREE and America will be a Deadbeat's Paradice sounds so sweet, doesn't it? LOL. Sure, poll respondents are more likely as not to fall for that bullshit even in the face of every Repub effort towards that end results in the worst economic conditions in history and NONE of the boom times.

Democrats Are Better for the US Economy.
Even those who believe that Democrats, by and large, pursue better economic policies than Republicans have a hard time explaining why the US economy performs so significantly and consistently better under Democratic presidents. But the figures speak for themselves.
