Three posts almost in a row about how Factcheck and Fact Checkers just don't have a handle on the facts .... And not one of them contains a single linked source to refute any of the facts cited and fully substantiated in my posts on the topics at hand.

Oh yes. Orwellian. ... the information they're about to consume comes from a company associated with Putin's Russia, the land of homicidal maniacs and audacious liars.

Only if you have drank the Kool Aid and beleive that your own Govt is any better. History shows clearly that it is not. USA is the most corrupt government there is. That's exactly why they need things like Factcheck to prevent us from thinking otherwise.

Attached is just one simple example I came across today. Truly Orwellian thought control.

It is a FB warning on a post that a friend has on his wall. The post is a message about the history of Donbass. We are no longer allowed to think for ourselves, we must simply accept as fACT what our leaders tell us.

Where are the warnings on social media when there is an article that may be influenced by US Govt, or EU, or UK? Obvious why not. Bcos social media is controlled by US Govt and must follow what they say. It's exactly the same w FACTCHECK. They have no more a hold over "facts" than anyone else.

The "history of the Donbas"?

Here's a little history for you. The Donbas (and Crimea) was a part of Ukraine following the collapse of the Soviet Union. That's a fact. When Ukraine was formed in 1991,80-some-odd percent of the Donbas supported independence from Russia. That is also a FACT. When the Budapest Memorandum was signed in 1994, the US, the UK and Russia were prohibited from using military or economic force against Ukraine. That's a fact, too.

Want more facts? Russia invaded sovereign Ukrainian territory when they invaded Crimea in 2014 in contravention of the Budapest Memorandum. When Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022, the did so, again, in contravention of the Budapest Memorandum. Those are all facts. You may not like them but they are facts.

The only people who think that "we must follow what our leaders tell us" are the brain-dead supporters of Donnie the Dumbass.

Yep, I'm sure. A solid win, for Lula and democracy. Lula received more than 60 million votes, the most in Brazilian history.

W/R to your polls, they did get it wrong for ex-Pres. Bozo, but were on-the-money, and got it right with Lula being within +/- 2% of the 50% + 1, need to win.

Has everyone noticed the media coverage and tv ads leading up to the November election. 95% of all the democrats running for office in 2022 did not invite Biden to campaign for them. Biden is a liability on the campaign trail. Democrats acknowledge that every time Biden speaks it shows he is senile and incompetent. The TV ads now have democrats denouncing Biden agenda. 95% of the democrats are now campaigning on a secure border. Get tough on crime. More police. All the democrats who voted along with Biden on the border issues all say they will go against him if reelected. All the democrats who cut funding and staffing on police forces are now pro police for another week. They lied to get elected in the past and are lying to try to get re-elected again. It won't work in the swing states but it will work in the socialist states like California and parts of New York where the people aren't smart enough to see through the lies. It is going to a great election for America in a week. Democracy will return to USA.

Of course, the way to refute the fully linked and substantiated assertions on Factcheck or any other site that contradicts their carefully cultivated pro Repub position is to take to task the reports on the links. Show, with their own sources with links, where they got it wrong or omitted some overwhelmingly contradictory data.

Which they can't do.

Instead, we're supposed to concede that their utterly unsubstantiated opinion pulled out of their ass is "unbiased" but Factcheck's links of support are biased.

Now some of them are playing the "you're just so unreasonable and mean" sympathy card, hiding behind mommy's skirt, putting people on Ignore and so on in order to make the pain of the truth about their side miraculously disappear and go away like their beloved Trump spent almost a year asserting his Pandemic virus would do without a vaccine but never did.

How dare I keep harping on the topics of Democrats, Republicans, Biden, Trump and how all of it is directly related to the USA economy on a forum entitled "American Politics" when I know darn well how much my citing the verifiable data and record of results hurts their pro Repub feelings! LOL.
