    Are "IMMIGRANTS"...the new right-wing boogeyman?

    You Guessed it!
    • Now EVERYTHING is the fault of the immigrants:
      > COVID-19...it's the immigrants!
      > No Job for Americans....it's the immigrants!
      > High price of food...it's the immigrants!
      > High gas prices...it's the immigrants!
      > Crime...it's the immigrants!
      > Voter fraud...blame the immigrants!
      > Looming Gov't shutdown...blame the immigrants!
And the latest from our neighborhood resident conspiracist, Elvis 20008, after no doubt watching another fun filled FOXY Muse, disinformation "news" segment {no doubt entitled} "You
    Guessed it America...it's the IMMIGRANTS!"

And what must now be, the latest disinformation and lies being told to their gullible horde/viewers, is that:
    > "Immigrants are responsible for your increase in RENT"

Wall Street has purchased hundreds of thousands of single-family homes since the Great Recession. Here's what that means for rental prices.
    https://www.cnbc.com/2023/02/21/how-...-for-rent.html

Why Are REITs Going All-In on Single-Family Rentals?
    https://www.fool.com/investing/2022/...family-rental/

Meanwhile, the real culprits, the REITs, the billionaire class and the greedy corporations buying up single family homes and driving up rents as much as 30-40%, in some areas are laughing all the way to the bank, as gullible Americans (and some Aussies it would seem), drink-up the Kool-Aid over at FOXY Muse and spread disinformation and misinformation about, "You Guessed IT...it's the IMMIGRANTS fault!"

Is it any wonder Russia and Putin, just loves, these "useful idiots" (...kkkk!)

Well, the MSNBC listening, NYT reading Demolunes / Democrat douches do not read or listen to anything outside of their narrow lane. So whatever is said on Fox, they just dismiss. It is not even that Biden is running things. Biden was elected on being a white moderate Democrat and he has been anything but.

Presidents are credited or blamed for a lot of things that are beyond their control. I am not sure the economy is going to be great even if Trump gets elected given how much debt has been racked up, but you can see presidents make huge changes in foreign policy and relations between leaders.

Look at the twitter feed on this article of Biden talking to the Iranians about their rumored attack on Israel. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitic...-attack-israel.

I have seen gnats more intimidating than Biden is. Is it any shock that Iran did not heed Biden's warning and launched an attack anyway? Now we are going to have pro-war douches like Xpartan saying an attack on Israel is an attack on the USA and want us to go to war with Iran.

With Biden and his administration, they have thought more of parading around military men in dresses than showing off the power of the military. What impresses their constituents is being laughed at in places like Iran. The reason we have a strong military is that you project such power that others are afraid to face you. We have the opposite now. We are projecting weakness.

Someone put up a meme on Twitter. On one side you have the face of Trump and the word peace. On the other it is the face of Biden and war. Biden was preparing to go to war from the day he got into office. That is something I saw with my own eyes. In fact, a buddy of mine told me that no president had not been re-elected in the midst of a war, and that seems to have been what Biden's plan was and it has blown up in his face.

He has already posted his high praise for "The Great Donald Trump" a couple of times here, maybe more than that using a different name and he has yet to cite one positive thing Trump did in those 4 years as great as Biden's worst day in office.

As near as we can tell, he is simply damned impressed that Trump is too fat to get one leg over the crossbar of a bicycle and therefore has never been caught on video falling off of one.

Vietnam Trump like R/E billionaire cheat and fruadster, gets the DEATH sentence...

Vietnamese R/E developer sentenced to death for fraud of $12.5 billion dollars, the countrys largest financial fraud case ever.

Vietnam sentences real estate tycoon to death in $12.5 billion fraud case
    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/v...aud-rcna147329

I see now, what billionaire, Kevin O'Leary, meant when he was talking to FOXY Muse Business, about Trump's R/E fraud case and says :
    • "...everything you've just listed off, is done by every R/E developer, everywhere on earth, in every city" {...when referring to the over evaluation of Trump's tax R/E fraud claims...}

But was oh so wrong, when he then goes on to say "...and this [type of thing] has never ever been prosecuted."
I wonder if O'Leary would like to revise his prior statement, considering Vietnam's very strong laws and penalties against such Trumpian R/E fraud?

The Vietnamese judicial system is sending a clear message, that billionaire fraud, will NOT be tolerated and a DEATH sentence, awaits those who would entertain such brazen criminal behavior.

In light of these events in Vietnam and big mouth billionaires telling the world, this type of fraud is perfectly normal, one has to wonder, if the DOJ, IRS and FBI need to take a closer look at R/E over evaluations and fraud in general by R/E developers?

But the DEATH sentence, for criminal fraud on this scale is an interesting deterrent, for the billionaire class...well at least in Vietnam, anyways!

It seems the typically pro Repub Mainstream Media got it a tad wrong when they were insisting Biden's speech and presentation didn't earn him a bump in the polls and, oh my goodness, might have even made them worse for him.

Remember when that same typically pro MSM was getting everyone all excited about those polls showing Trump 5-7 points ahead of Biden in the head-to-head, the 5-way and the battleground state poll consensus?

Hmm. As of this writing, just 5 weeks after that terrific SOTU Address, Biden is now 0. 2 points from Trump in the head-to-head consensus, less that 2 points from him in the 5-way contest, 2. 7 points (less than half of what it was 5 weeks ago) in the battleground states. A statistical tie and well within a normal +/-MoE on all counts, cutting Trump's pre SOTU Address lead at least in half and way more than that on most issues.

And that is in the RealClearPolitics' consensus polls on those topics, a demonstrably Winger-leaning site.

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/

Oh, and this is the most interesting item in that regard. The Presidential Betting Odds sites were showing Trump way ahead of Biden ore SOTU. Not anymore. Now their RCP consensus shows Trump only 0. 5 point ahead of Biden. And take a gander at the trajectory of that Blue / Biden graph line vs the Red / Trump graph line! LOL. Wow.

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/el...024/president/

See, those Presidential Betting Odds sites don't merely look at a consensus of polls. They factor in everything they deem important, such as the direction of the polls, money, the expenditure of money, the ground game, the competence of each campaign and so on.

    Interesting, huh?
Slight correction. I meant to type that now BIDEN is ahead of TRUMP by 0. 5 point in the RealClearPolitics' Presidential Betting Odds consensus.

And you know what that sneaky little demonstrably Winger-leaning RCP site did to show Biden's lead in that category no greater than 0. 5 point for now? 2-3 days ago when Trump was still clinging to a 0. 2 point lead over Biden they only factored in 5 different Betting sites. But the instant Biden took a commanding lead on Predictlt, historically the most accurately predictive of the group, RCP hustled in a 6th site with a closer rating between the two candidates in order to keep Biden's current lead over Trump a wee bit lower. LOL.

Mind you, that cute skyrocketing upward trajectory for Biden and fish hook shaped decline for Trump as you see in that Pic I posted previously began right after Biden's SOTU Address, has been happening for weeks, well before the latest Arizona and Florida events in response to Trump / Repubs' recent victories in their mission to Outlaw Sex For Pleasure, as has been a Classic Repub Party mission for several decades.

Ah. Here it is. See what demonstrably Winger-leaning RCP did there? The pic with only 5 Presidential Betting Odds sites factored in was from just a day or two ago, when Trump still held a 0. 2 point lead over Biden. By contrast, the pic showing Biden with a 0. 5 point lead over Trump is from today. And a 6th site showing Biden and Trump closer than that has suddenly, mysteriously and magically come out of nowhere to join the group and be factored in.

    LOL. So funny.

Explain whose position on Gaza? Biden's or Netanyahu's?

Well, it isn't Biden's war, but Biden's position on Gaza is to encourage a cease fire for the sake of the people of Gaza and Israel.

The George W. Bush and Donald J. Trump of Israel, Netanyahu's position is to keep whatever slaughter his spectacular national security incompetence allowed to begin going as long as it takes to provide the distraction from his criminal charges he was hoping for.

Uh. Joe Biden was not elected "four years ago today" to clean up the colossal mess of everything all around the world that Donald J. Trump produced despite Trump being handed a better set of conditions than any outgoing Repub ever handed an incoming Dem.

    Nope.

He was elected to do that 7 horrific months later and then took office 2 1/2 even more horrific months after that. That would be after all of Trump's fine economic and national security policies and stewardship results came to full fruition and were very, very busy decimating global supply chains, destroying worldwide economies, wiping out millions upon millions of jobs, mass murdering millions of people, etc, etc, etc. But it was sure as hell well on its way to those ultimate Worst President in History results.

    Nice try, though.

LOL. Brave Stock Market Investers ran in mild panic over that Inflation report

Really funny. After months and months of positive reports and all time record high closes, one Inflation report came in a whole 0. 1 point "higher than expected" and stock market Nervous Nellie's ran for the hills. We'll, not as much as MSM tried to spin it. Actually, the broad market simply swung by a bit less than 1% in a day. Which is not uncommon in an environment of repeated All Time Record Hogh closes. And daily 1% swings up and down are not all that uncommon anytime.

But Trump blah, blah, blah, MAGA, blah, blah, blah, Qanon, blah, blah, blah, indictments, blah, blah, blah, Fox News, blah, blah, blah.

And if all that fails, write an article stating, Dear Mr. Lefetz, why Trump is responsible for your higher grocery bill.

Do you douches have anything other than that?

Donnie's "delay, delay, delay" dithering judge Cannon...

Special Counsel Jack Smith, essentially tells the dithering Judge Cannon, to "shit or get off the pot", in the Mar-a-Lago Documents Case.

Judge Aileen Cannon, seems hell bent on assisting Trump, with an acquittal, by using a political ploy, disguised as a judicial legal strategy. As she delays and dithers in the case proceedings, with her bizarre jury instruction direction orders, to both legal counsels, when no trail date or jury as been selected.

Needless to say, Jack Smith, has had enough and is likely to force her hand, if she doesn't rule, he may bring a writ of mandamus against the judge, with the 11th Circuit Appellate courts. If successful, this would be the dithering judge's 3rd time of being "slapped down" by the 11th Circuit Appellate courts and in all likelihood, removed from the case, for her blatant partisan judgements and rulings.

To his credit, Trump is playing Jack Smith and Judge Aileen Cannon as political players and perhaps to a greater extent, on the judicial landscape, that extends all the way to the very top, with a partisan right-wing SCOTUS, that no longer follow the rule of law, but a political ideology.

The Trump-appointed judge is on the verge of being appealed in the former presidents classified documents case. Shes apparently contemplating a Trumpian fringe legal theory.
    ...
Well, special counsel Jack Smith just filed a devastating response, telling Cannon that he might have to challenge the Trump appointee on appeal if she doesn't get it together.

So the very case that was a "slam dunk", if at all, out of all the strongest felony cases against Trump, if "next steps" are unsuccessfully navigated, by prosecutor, Jack Smith, the doc't case could be tossed out or railroaded into legal double jeopardy, by this dithering, but yet "wily" partisan judge.

The seek for removal looks eminent, but again plays in Trump's "delay, delay, delay" tactics. So what is to be done?
