He had vaccines developed then ordered the cult not to take them by means of the talking heads at Fux "news" and the rest of the rightwingnut propaganda outlets. Fux "news" even mandates vaccines or daily testing. So while the talking heads are close to 100% vaccinated and boosted, the rank-and-file cultists are only 50% vaccinated and even fewer are boosted. Con job!

And at the cult-and-ego-fest in Dallas, the great con artist was boo'ed when he suggested that his cultists should get vaccinated and boosted like him. He said, in essence, "Get vaccinated so that you can live and vote Republican in the 2022 mid-terms and vote multiple times for me in 2024."
