See, when Biden made that statement, he assumed that once vaccines arrived, the population would exhibit adult behavior and get vaccinated. That was a big mistake. I could have told him that it wouldn't happen. Any Democrat in the US could have told him it wouldn't happen. This is a total lie. I got vaccinated and when I filled out the forms they did not ask if I was a democrat or republican. When the nurse gave me the shot she did not ask me if I was democrat or Republican. When I left no one knew my party affiliation. There is no one who knows how many democrats and how many republicans are vaccinated. Prove your lie or admit it is a lie. Last night I watched news on NBC, CBS and Fox.

NBC and CBS both had a lot of coverage. And unusual for them, a lot of their coverage was about Fox news personnel.

They both devoted a lot of their coverage to Liz Cheney that gave great details about January 6th text missives from Fox Folks like Hannity and Laura Ingraham.

NBC and CBS spent a lot of time in their broadcasts showing the stark difference between the reality of Laura Ingam's desperate texts to Mark Meadows asking TrumpShit to call off the scary insurrection, and the laughable broadcast by Laura Ingraham the night of January 6th blaming the capital insurrection on ANTIFA.

It is a pretty easy contrast to see that the news Laura Ingraham was creating and living was nearly the polar opposite of what she repoted at the same time.

Just so we can be clear as to what FAKE NEWS is.

They broadcast more fake news on Fax last night.

Without the details of missives with Mark Meadows (which was all over the real news).

Because of the Trump Administration's preparation, the USA Led most of the world in vaccinations this spring. Yet Mr. Biden had no plan to deal with the large numbers of vaccine holdouts, other than to deride them. And no vaccine, ever, has had no breakthrough infections. They happen with every vaccine. Any epidemiologist can tell you that some viruses mutate faster than others. And any virus mutates faster of there are hordes of unvaccinated dummies, like there are in the US.

And that is the case with COVID. Republicans by the thousands are refusing to get vaccinated, thus causing the virus to mutate faster.

The first two hours are more of why journalism got to what you are complaining about. I enjoyed it but it is from about the 2:20 point that IMO the show hits its high. To me, in the first part what is important are that he and Glenn Greenwald are killing it. They are the part of journalism that are growing, but that was about it. Greenwald is making like $2 million a year, and Taibbi is probably close to that, and the good news is they are clearly not paid off. But it the second part after about 2:20 that the magic happens.

It is funny in that Taibbi totally gets why Trump was elected, and unlike the so called "intellectual" class and the douches here, he does not say people who voted Republican are stupid. He gets the why.
