I just go down the list and ignore ineligible voters, who are most often ex convicts, people who voted for relatives, people who just cast an extra vote or two, etc. I viewed these as innocuous, extremely unlikely to overturn the results of an election. For the significant cases that are left, they identify the party of the perpetrator sometimes, and then you can go to Google for whoever is left. I took a quick look a minute ago and came up with the following, where I could identify party, on the first three pages.

Eugene Lamar Florence. Was working for an organization whose business is mobilizing Democratic voters.

Kathy Funk. Democrat

Jason Scofield. Republican.

Guillermina Fuentes - Democrat.

Alma Yadira Juarez - Democrat.

Carlos Antonio de Bourbon Montenegro. Unidentified but he must be a Democrat, as the Mara Salvatrucha El Salvador criminal gang (MS-13) was promoting him for mayor in a rock solid Democratic city.

John Mallozzi Democrat

Isaac Galvan Democrat. Presumably his four accomplices are Democrats too, but I don't know. Galvan hasn't been convicted yet.

I didn't manage to identify party for Nancy Williams so she's not listed above. Fuentes and Yadira Juarez were engaged in the same ballot harvesting scheme, and their case went to the Supreme Court and they ultimately were found guilty and sentenced. Just pointing that out as perhaps their guilt wasn't as clear cut as the rest.

I've done the same exercise a couple of times in the past. You'd want to look at a whole lot more data, but maybe I should have said "most" of the egregious violations instead of the majority were committed by Democrats, where I could identify party affiliation.

I'd think the Heritage database is fairly complete and not slanted in favor of Republicans, but I don't know that. If you're just identifying election fraud cases from the news and court records, it doesn't seem like there would be much room for partisanship.
