Biden just delivered a 20-30 minute speech at the annual Memorial Day ceremony at Arlington Cemerary and he was letter perfect, conveying every nuanced literal and emotional understanding of every sentence, phrase, word and syllable. He read it as all presidents do and I am sure it was at least partially written by speech writers as is the case with other presidents. But it was blatantly obvious he understood everything that was written by him and others and brought as much if not more meaning to the ideas and words on the page and teleprompter as the best presidents of the past.

Oh, he cleared his throat 2-3 times during the lengthy outdoor speech and, naturally, excused himself on the run after one of them. So I fully expect FOX News to carefully edit a 4 second video clip of just the throat clearing and his brief apology to prove to its viewers that "Biden has dementia! And COVID! And now he is on a Dem Apology For America Tour!" that will be brought up and linked here.
