With tensions in Israel and Middle East problems, Taliban starting up the CNN news spent 90 minutes discussing their new darling for the democrats Cheney. It is very simple. You can't get a hunting or fishing license without a drivers license to prove what state you live in. If you have a hunting license you have a drivers license. Obviously you are not a hunter. A college ID or a birth certificate does not prove the state you live in.

Pleas explain why a potential voter showing a hunting license an a US birth certificate can get a photo ID and why another potential voter showing a college photo ID and a US birth certificate cannot get a photo ID?
