I sent you four links which were all along the lines of US farmers complaining that they could not find Americans to do the jobs. These were the first 4 entries under my google search, which said over 18 mill hits. Can it be that all these farmers who are making these complaints are ALL socialists?

I think that your mentioning 11 mill illegals says it all. This would be in addition to the legal foreign workers. So why aren't unions and unemployed Americans demonstrating outside of these farms in order to get jobs for Americans? Could it be that these are jobs that most Americans don't want?

It was predicted by many legal experts that the SC were unlikely to hear the case simply because multiple courts had ruled that there was no evidence. This was supported by Barr, with all the resources of the DoJ, and all 50 states saying there was no evidence of any fraud. Regarding mail-in votes, the courts took the view that challenges should have been brought before the election. They considered it outrageous, that people were brining challenges after the votes had been cast, and thus requiring courts to cancel millions of votes that had been cast in good faith as their only remedy.

SOCTUS considered an application for injunctive relief, to block the vote certification in PA and denied it.

Also in my prior post I had a link fail to function for whatever reason. But for the matter regarding Article 1 Section 4 of the US Constitution, and the refusal of the SCOTUS to interpret the term "legislature" narrowly as only a state's representative body, look up Arizona State Legislature v. Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission. That's where this one stands, and there have been no rulings otherwise. There just were no rescuers in sight for Trump and his crying cultists, and on any grounds, not even from a stacked Supreme Court.

the incontrovertible issue is the unconstitutionality of the election. The Constitution is clear that the method of election in each state must be set by the state legislature. Not Washington. Not the state governor. Not activist judges. The state legislature. In five of the swing states at issue, the legislature refused to alter the method of election to mass mail-in voting. The same were approved in 2018 in Michigan by voter referendum. This by the way is fully consistent with the SCOTUS interpretation of Article 1 Section 4 of the Constitution, which thus far has rejected so narrow a definition of the term "legislature" as to include only a state's representative assembly. This is based partly on common definitions of the world legislature at the time of the framers, and would include all legislature authority conferred by a state constitution, including a voter referendum.
