Posts: 690Troll from Northern North America
The troll has had his ass handed to him numerous times regarding the political and agricultural system in the USA. Please put him on ignore, and by all means do not quote any more. As Lou Reed (RIP) said "put a fork in his ass and turn him over, he's done).

Your tactics are very easily identified. "I'm losing that argument. He's just exposed my stats as a pack of lies. Or something I pulled from my arse. Better change the narrative before people work out what an idiot / liar I am. I know. Let's see what he says about BLM"?
The reality is that if you have to change the narrative because you are getting a cyber-kicking, then your argument had no validity in the first place.

I had a little extra time.
Add GA to the list, no excuse absentee mail in ballots approved by the legislature in 2005, signed into law by good ole boy Republican Sonny Perdue, not some rabid lefist with a crystal ball hoping to victimize Trump down the road. Chris must be just parroting or copying and pasting something he read off social media, is all I can figure. This while refusing to read or follow the links in the refutations he has received.

Also in my prior post I had a link fail to function for whatever reason. But for the matter regarding Article 1 Section 4 of the US Constitution, and the refusal of the SCOTUS to interpret the term "legislature" narrowly as only a state's representative body, look up Arizona State Legislature v. Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission. That's where this one stands, and there have been no rulings otherwise. There just were no rescuers in sight for Trump and his crying cultists, and on any grounds, not even from a stacked Supreme Court.

The same were approved in 2018 in Michigan by voter referendum. This by the way is fully consistent with the SCOTUS interpretation of Article 1 Section 4 of the Constitution, which thus far has rejected so narrow a definition of the term "legislature" as to include only a state's representative assembly. This is based partly on common definitions of the world legislature at the time of the framers, and would include all legislature authority conferred by a state constitution, including a voter referendum.

Also, in Sept of 2020, the Michigan Republican led legislature, rather than challenging the 2018 referendum based on some spurious Constitutional grounds, expanded it allowing for greater processing times among other helpful changes to assist with the pandemic.

And that's just two of the states, the first two checked, and your claims are proven wildly false. You also were corrected on several of these points in the past but continue to repeat the same lies.
