Mark my words: Every failed policy by sleepy Joe will be Trump's fault! And if you don't believe me ask the honest media CNN.

Posts: 657Proud Boys Leader Was 'Prolific' FBI Snitch: Court Docs
While US officials claim that 'far-right extremism' is one of the largest threats facing America, the leader of the group most commonly singled out as an example. The Proud Boys. Was a 'prolific' informant for federal and local law enforcement, according to Reuters, citing a 2014 federal court proceeding.
Enrique Tarrio repeatedly worked undercover for investigators following a 2012 arrest, court documents reveal.
Curiously, Tarrio was ordered to stay away from Washington the. See. One day before the January 6 Capitol riot after he was arrested on vandalism and weapons charges. Upon a request by government prosecutors that he be prohibited from attending. At least five Proud Boys members were charged as part of the riot.
In a Tuesday interview with Reuters, Tarrio denied working undercover or cooperating in cases.
"I don't know any of this," he said, adding "I don't recall any of this."
Law-enforcement officials and the court transcript contradict Tarrio's denial. In a statement to Reuters, the former federal prosecutor in Tarrio's case, Vanessa Singh Johannes, confirmed that "he cooperated with local and federal law enforcement, to aid in the prosecution of those running other, separate criminal enterprises, ranging from running marijuana grow houses in Miami to operating pharmaceutical fraud schemes. ".
Tarrio, 36, is a high-profile figure who organizes and leads the right-wing Proud Boys in their confrontations with those they believe to be Antifa, short for "anti-fascism," an amorphous and often violent leftist movement. The Proud Boys were involved in the deadly insurrection at the Capitol January 6.
The records uncovered by Reuters are startling because they show that a leader of a far-right group now under intense scrutiny by law enforcement was previously an active collaborator with criminal investigators. -Reuters.
. Tarrio's involvement with law enforcement will no doubt fuel speculation over just how 'organic' the threat of 'far-right extremism' is, particularly when the vast majority of violence observed over 2020 was committed by far-left groups rioting in the name of racial justice."

Commenter: "IOW, the leader of the Proud Boys was an agent provocateur reporting to FBI handlers. " Where was Lisa Page and Agent Strozk when the "capitol insurrection" went down? LOL.
"Duh, at least 50% of any group like this are federal agents or informants. They will create or even takeover the groups. Decentralization. " How many of the "rioters" in the Capitol were paid to be there?
"This story is incredibly easy for me to believe, especially a day after the story of the child turning in his father for the horrific atrocity of entering into what was an open public building before the ruling class set the 1,000 meter rule of no approach. What was the father's other crime again? Complaining (and protesting) about election fraud?
"I had a trial a few years ago in which most of the MS-13 leaders worked for FBI while in leadership position."

Posts: 690Not exonerated. Rejected by a majority of voters
The Special Counsel's report made it clear that DJT was not exonerated. Cut loose by a Senate controlled by Republicans, yes, so as not to lose a primary if they crossed him. It's a fake battle. It is a one party system controlled by entrenched wealth with a constitution guaranteed to protect it. Bad and disingenuous people on both sides. The corporations that supported Republicans have been shamed a bit, but will get over it soon enough. USA is consuming itself from within. Europe trusts the USA, will go a separate way and be more neutral in the conflict with China.

Posts: 2656Majority of Europeans say China will overtake 'broken' US within decade
A majority of Europeans believe America's political system is broken, that China will be the world's leading power within a decade, and that Joe Biden will be unable to halt his country's decline on the world stage, according to a report.
While many welcomed Biden's victory in November's US election, more Europeans than not feel that after four years of Donald Trump the US cannot be trusted, according to the study by the European Council on Foreign Relations.
"Europeans like Biden, but they don't think America will come back as a global leader," said the thinktank's director, Mark Leonard. "When George W Bush was president, they were divided about how America should use its power. With Biden entering the White House, they are divided about whether America has power at all."
The survey of 15,000 people in 11 European countries, conducted at the end of last year, found that the shift in European sentiment towards the US in the wake of the Trump presidency had led to a corresponding unwillingness to support Washington in potential international disputes.
At least half of respondents in all 11 countries surveyed felt, for example, that their government should remain neutral in any conflict between the US and China, while no more than 40% in any country said they would back Washington against Russia.
"It's clear that the tumultuous Trump presidency has left an indelible imprint on Europe's attitude towards the US," said Ivan Krastev, chair of the Centre for Liberal Strategies, an NGO in Sofia, and an ECFR board member. "The majority of Europeans are now sceptical about the capacity of the US to shape the world. It makes many, rightly or wrongly, want to opt for a more independent role for the EU in the world."
In their report, Leonard and Krastev note that while more than 60% of those polled believed the US was "broken", most evaluated the EU and their own countries' systems much more positively an opportunity, they argue, to harness the collective power of the bloc for the benefit and protection of its citizens.
The survey found that 51% of those polled did not agree with the statement that under Biden the US was likely to resolve its internal divisions and seek to address international issues such as climate change, peace in the Middle East, relations with China or European security.
Amid a widespread sense of growing Chinese superiority, 79% of those polled in Spain, 72% in Portugal, 72% in Italy and 63% in France said they thought China would overtake the US as the world's leading superpower within the next decade.
Just over 32% of all respondents and a startling 53% of respondents in Germany felt that after voting for Trump, Americans could not be trusted. Only in Hungary and Poland did significantly more people disagree with that view than agree.
Just 10% of those polled saw the US as a "reliable" security partner that would always protect Europe, while at least 60% in every country polled said they doubted their country could depend on US support in the event of a crisis.
The authors say the geopolitical consequences of this shift are significant: two-thirds of those surveyed said it was now important that Europe look after its own defence, including 72% in Portugal, 71% in Sweden, 70% in France and 69% in Poland.
At least half of respondents in every country surveyed said they would prefer their government to be neutral in a conflict between the US and China. Across the 11 states surveyed, only 23% of respondents thought their country should take Washington's side against Russia, with 59% preferring to remain neutral.
Between 38% and 48% of respondents in seven countries thought the EU should adopt a tougher international stance on issues such as trade, taxation and regulation, while most countries considered Germany was now a more important country to "have a good relationship" with than the US.
The poll also revealed that in nine of the 11 countries Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden where the same question was asked in previous years, the average share of people saying the EU's political system worked very or fairly well had risen from 46% to 48%.
It found that people who believed their own national political system was working, which was more often the case in northern than in southern Europe, were more likely to say the EU was a success.
The report identified four "tribes" that went a long way to grouping respondents' positions, depending on whether they felt the EU, US or China were rising or declining. The biggest tribe, "In Europe we trust", comprised 35% of respondents, while only 9% belonged to "In America we trust".

Posts: 2656The Proud Boys Return to Neverland
So, the Proud Boys now judge Donald Trump "a total failure" and "extraordinarily weak. " The members of the far-right group understood at last that when the former president denounced them for doing what he incited them to do, they looked ridiculous.
How to save face? They couldn't concede that posting pictures of themselves engaged in a murderous assault on the USA Capitol was supremely stupid. No, it was that Trump was too cowardly to join them. But thinking that he would was also supremely stupid.
After winding the mob up with insane ranting about a "stolen election," Trump urged it to March to the Capitol to stop the counting of votes. "You'll never take back our country with weakness," he said. "And I'll be there with you. "
Of course, he wasn't there with them. It was some strange Neverland these Lost Boys came from. How else explain their expecting Trump to expose himself to the swarm, much less risk injury in a violent encounter?
While the boys were vandalizing, looting and threatening to hang elected officials, according to The Washington Post, Trump serenely watched the rampage on White House TVs. At a certain point, though, it dawned on the president that the unfolding horror was not in his interests. He conferred with advisers and lawyers to ensure he wouldn't take the rap for it. Thus, at 2:38 pm Eastern time, after a Capitol Police officer had already been killed, he tweeted, "Stay peaceful!" he then issued a video in which he told the herd to go home.
A day later, he condemned the blockheads for their "heinous attack" and said he was "outraged by the violence, lawlessness and mayhem. " And to think that some of the Proud Boys actually expected a presidential pardon for their crimes.
The main objective here is not to point out the treachery of Trump. It's not even to question the right wing's willingness to believe that Trump hadn't lost. With all those conspiracy theories infesting their media and weeks of getting pounded by a charismatic speaker's liesone could envision their swallowing the nonsense that dark forces had denied victory to he whom they called "Emperor Trump."
The Proud Boys' grasp on reality was never all it could be, but still. The group had it together enough to closely follow Trump's 86 unsuccessful legal challenges to the election results. It should have been easier to note Trump's long history of covering his rear end and employing an army of lawyers to countersue those he had betrayed. But somehow, the Lost Boys thought they'd be an exception.
And so, they portrayed the double-cross as an unexpected abuse of what they imagined as their honor. They hit backor so they thought. "The Proud Boys Now Mock Trump" is how a New York Times headline characterized their criticism.
With all due respect to the headline writer, the people being mocked are the right-wing rioters facing criminal charges after being turned in by their children, ex-wives and (former) employers. Trump is back at Mar-a-Lago, smelling the sweet chlorine from his swimming pool and playing golf.
The insurrectionists now have their own lawyers. Despite the "heinous" nature of their acts, some of the legal advisers have taken the tack of portraying their clients as naive nitwits.
The lawyer representing the "QAnon Shaman" says the would-be actor regrets what he did but was duped by Trump. And he refers to his client in clownish termsas "the guy with the horns and the fur, the meditation and organic food. "
The Proud Boys are now saying in online posts that the group should drop politics and abandon both parties. They may be on to something, finally.
