Since guys gave me so much crap about BBFS earlier this month in Rio, I am going to get tested this week.

And I did come back clean on all counts...so Fred, Hughdad, others in the Rio thread can have peace.

Just so you know, the laundry list of STD does not include everything that you can catch by STI. I caught something horrible in Asia earlier this year and was sure that it was herpes in all flavors attacking me with herpes like symptoms everywhere. I had a lesion culture tested at the time and it came became negative. This week I had a full battery of HSV antibody and DNA blood tests, having had ample time for herpes to show itself if it was there. Again, no herpes. So what was it? I don't know, but I am 90% sure it was a non-STD STI from either BBBJ or Hello Kitty with blowjob factory pink salon girls.

The moral of the story is to be careful and don't treat something or assume you have something until you get a test that says what it is. Secondly, don't tell your regular girl at home that you have something unless you are sure that you do.. it's like shooting yourself in the balls. Thirdly, it's left me with a thought. The statistics say that 20% of Americans have genital herpes...so how is it possible that everyone is going around mongering highly used girls who should be running 80% positive and we never hear of it? I think azithromycin is a common prescription for strep, ear infections, a wide spectrum of stuff. Sounds like you had a very common reaction to the drug (like an allergic reaction). Usually you take the lowest dose that is going to be effective against whatever you have, but if you are being precautionary, the highest dose for whatever you might expect seems to make more sense. So you took a larger than normal dosage and had a slight adverse reaction. I wouldn't worry about it. This probably has more to due to paranoia than any disease.

The next day, I had a severe reaction like a deep itch in my feet and hands that couldn't be scratched for 3 days...and I'm still suffering from some intermittment symptoms. I guess I was clean and it turned on my body instead, who knows. Just learn from my experience and approach this stuff cautiously. Besides, it's reported to no longer be effective on many of the things that we'd use it for.
