First of all, let's figure out, why people have to generalize.

Data processing inside the human mind is very complicated and sophisticated process, but it can be conditionally devided into three stages: to get the information, to analyze it and to work out a certain reaction on that. Further, large groups can be divided into smaller ones and so on and so forth. It is comparable with folders on laptop's desktop. We can have different folders with music and video. Music is divided by genres. Genres are divided by artists, albums and finally songs. If we need to find a certain song, it is much faster and convenient to search that song browsing folders, than to put all ungrouped video and audio files on desktop and search there, reading all labels in a row.

Now few words regarding exclusions. When we have to take any action, often we have only one chance, either to do it, or not. That is why we subconsciously consider exclusions of the rule before to act, so that to make a right decision and to ensure an action will be done correctly. I didn't notice, that many members of this forum used words such as faithful, honest etc without sarcasm.

If someone questions the credibility of this statement, there is a simple way to test it.

Ask yourself:

1. Would you believe a word a random unknown Filipina says? The answer is "no". Remember, that before to answer your brain subconsciously considered exclusions, and still the answer is negative, because even if you know, that someone is honest, in your experience 9 of 10 are not.

I've included this report in the Chat Rooms forum as it describes how I bounced between the various apps in Cebu and the results I achieved. The vast majority of the time I relied on three platforms:

Tinder: probably a 50/50 split between purely commercial and "good" girls. Some of the working girls were exceptionally good looking but priced themselves accordingly. Guys, have any of you heard of such story? How likely do you think this could be true? I don't really see any motive for her to lie, because it would not really affect her relationship with me in either positive or negative way (at least as far as I can see).

I would appreciate your considered opinions.

Hooked up with a girl who was ripped off p35,000 by her Aussie BF. Told her he had a fish farm in the provinces. Oh no! An emergency. Pump is broken. Fish will die. Can't access his money. Girl gives him money to repair it and he disappears. On the upside, no beating or camping.

Is it credible? I've met her three times now and she hasn't put any squeeze on me for a financial problem caused by the ex, and if she does that'll be the end of that. She's as credible as any other girl who I found on the dating sites and agreed to come over to my place for the first meeting to have sex and who I now have spent about 12 hours of my life with. Which means, they're all over the place. Some prove themselves to be wonderful and others, but not too many *knock wood*, are scammers. And I haven't even mentioned the average mediocre ones.

Ultimately... who knows? Just establish some rules in mind to have at the ready if the request comes. It'll start with: "Can I ask you a question?" Losing a girl here is really no big deal. Que sera and all that.
