It happened in Heritage Hotel in 2005 but it could have happened ANYWHERE because they were professionals and no way could security have prevented it. The woman left first with the goods and the guy followed after having locked the businessman out of his room dressed in his jocks only.

Was your "problem" in Cebu similar to the following?

yes, my strategy is based on experience with semi/"non" pros in other countries.
