I would say that if you start hitting DIA about a week before you plan to come that's about right. It would be difficult to keep up a meaningful dialog for me than a few days, the sensible thing is just to gather numbers and yahoo IDs and say that you will call them when you get thgere. 1 girl said she wanted to meet me, but was not certain what I meant about making it worth her time, as she is not interested in money. When I explained to her that I did not want her to feel that I expected her to spend time with me just out of the goodness of her heart, but that I left matters of compensation open to the woman, she sent me back her SMS and suggested we get to know each other (probably planning to sleep with me on the second date).

3 girls have not yet replied.

My conclusion is that it is not really necessary to put much time into DIA before you come to the Philippines. You can probably line up a few the night before you leave the USA.
