This post is just meant to summarise my views on Filipinas and the whole issue of dating and romance.

1. Filipinas really are special women. They have very little of the post feminist bullshit that clouds relationships with North American/Scandinavian/British women ( to be fair females from Latin and Mediterranean cultures and a lot of Irish / Scottish / East European women are often an exception to the rule that western women are a high maintenanance pain in the butt.)

2. Filipinas are often sweet and gentle but tough.The fact they are nice does not mean they are mugs. They know how to survive. Western women talk tough but run at the first sign of trouble, their fat asses wagglin in the air as they suddenly forget all about 'equality' and start conveniently morphing into delicate little girls who need all sorts of special protections from the system (including on occasion, your house, your car and total control over your kids, lol.)

3. Age: yes often the appeal of a guy over 50 depends on the size of his wallet. But, remember, in most countries in most of the world for most of history the older guy / younger women combo is nothing unusual: it is only in our virulent western culture that it has become an issue. So, they can be genuinely attracted to you.

4. However, the fact that they can get to you genuinely like/love you does not mean you should close your eyes. Filipinas are human like the rest of us. They are not saints either. I know of an awful lot of married Filipinas who take a very relaxed attitude to fidelity, especially when one or both of the partners is working overseas. In Taiwan for instance the Filipinas have a phrase: 'FTO'- meaning 'For Taiwan Only'. They are perfectly capable of having one or even two Taiwan BFs on the go while their hubbies are back in the Phils (an increasing number of them in fact swing both ways and have affairs with fellow Filipinas while they work in Taiwanese computer sweat shops). So stay real about it. Love and sex are games for adults: if you cannot take it, do not get into it.

5. Now, in evaluating all these things, your chances of good results are vastly enhanced if you do the following:

a) Do not walk around in baggy shorts with trainers/huge leather sandals and sweaty socks-and do not wear a ball cap

b) Trim all that hair, especially nasal and ear stuff, keep the damn beergut under control, switch to protein from carbs and get some exercise (you can last longer in bed with or without Viagra)

c) If you are losing your hair it is no big deal, so long as you shave/crop it close- combovers never gave anybody an orgasm and the same goes for greasy grey ponytails

d) Be a man- there is no need to hide your testosterone under a bushel if you forgive the pun- Filipinas like strong men who know what they want, especially in the bedroom-they love to be mastered- but this does not mean that you act like a jerk - be courteous, show some consideration, stand upright, walk with dignity, be polite, wear nice chinos and a teeshirt with an open shirt over it or a nice linen jacket (drink plenty of water in the heat)- stand out as a guy who has a little style and dignity- do not be like the sloppy 'laid back' guys who slobber their way round Cebu.

e) Do all of the above and you will have a great time - they really are wonderful women.

I would like to add.

I have always treated the women properly, open doors, walk on the right side of the road, hold the umbrella for them, never ever hit them, treat them as an equal, ask their opinion, listened to them, pros and regular women and I dare say it impresses the panties right off their sweet asses.

Why do I get such a distinctly bad taste from reading this report. Well I think its probably for the simple reason that Jim here is somewhat judgemental and definately something of a snob.
