Hi guys,

Some of the recent posts about about scammers triggered this addition. In case you already did not know if a girl sends you pics of herself in a hospital with a needle in her arm it is likely a scam. Some say they have dengue, a mosquito borne infection, and need a blood transfusion. I recently confronted such a scammer with pics like this asking for money who I met on FC. I asked her to send me a copy of the doctor-signed diagnosis on hospital letterhead and never heard from her again. It is common scam in several third-world countries.

One of the main reasons I only make contact when I'm in country and looking to meet today or tomorrow. There is less time for grandma to fall sick or uncle's buffalo to go lame.

One of the reasons I kill off my Philippines persona every year or so. It's possible to build up too may followers.

A newbie contact has been working up the "sick baby" routine over the past few days.....

A few years back I developed a regular who had all the physical attributes I needed. Great body, decent face and a soft voice. I typically gave her 2 k for "taxi" each time. Occasionally when I was back home she would ask for a 1-3 k for emergencies. During one such period she had the full-on heart-break story. Apartment burned down, she and her family was living in shelter, etc etc. She asked for like 3 k and I didn't think twice and sent it to her. Then a few days later another request and so on. I probably sent her a total of $300 US over a week or two as the stories gradually escalated. Finally I had enough and said no more. A few days later she comes back to me saying she just needs 5 k because she got a contract job in Singapore as a DH and needs to buy a suitcase and some clothes and pay some contract fees. I told her I didn't believe her and she says she has plane ticket. I said great send me a copy. So she sends me a boarding pass that is for Singapore Airlines First Class from LHR to SIN with the name blurred out. Obviously she found the image online or some friend gave it to her.

When I asked her why someone would buy her a $10 k ticket to fly via LHR to SIN for a DH job that pays almost nothing she said that's the ticket the contract agency sent her. I blocked her and moved on. I am much wiser today than back then but it's a story worth remembering for those who have big hearts and not a lot of experience in this area.

A newbie contact has been working up the "sick baby" routine over the past few days.

Yesterday pic was a collection of meds, disease busting paracetamol and dimetapp. Funny.

Today she sends this pic as she just arrived at the hospital carry her baby but surprise surprise needs money for admission. Pretty obviously an old pic due to picture quality.

A quick google image reverse lookup finds the original including date stamp.

So tired of the non-creative scams.

Contact was via friend-of-friend on my fake facebook profile.

Also look at the usernames: suzy19 and she's now 25 years old?? Photos with 2012 date stamps?? Selfie backgrounds that were demolished or built out 5 years ago??.

Or age listed as 19, and been a member for 4 years.

As a new paying member of Pina Love I have been paying attention to the number of years the girls have been on that site.

Also look at the usernames: suzy19 and she's now 25 years old?? Photos with 2012 date stamps?? Selfie backgrounds that were demolished or built out 5 years ago??

That's why I always cross reference against WA profile pics that generally get changed out and updated all the time.

ID agree that paid memberships are better (being in country when making contact is even better still) but for those who must precontact using the free version I did do a post on doing so effectively. Quickly building up 100 numbers for future use isn't that hard:

After reading a few posts like those above about the sites becoming less productive to unpaid members and the applicable access restrictions becoming a PITA I decided to have a look for myself.

As a new paying member of Pina Love I have been paying attention to the number of years the girls have been on that site. Yikes, Many as long as 8 years still asking for serious, marriage minded, nice guy. LOL. Girls should just give up already and just say they want hook ups for fun. Dude you just described me and almost every dating site that I am on. I have been on Latin American Cupid for 14 years, Tagged for 10 years. Recently I went out with a chick from Thai Friendly. She asked how long I had been on the site. I said about a week. She said your profile says you have been on since 2009! I literally have not looked at that profile since I made it. And I am about 30 pounds heavier than when I made it.

Lots of girls < 10% will put their phne number in the write up blurb so they can be contacted without paying for membership.

The smallest amount of research on Big Data shows that Google, Facebook etc can cross reference so much more than just Contact Lists and usernames that you can restrict permission for.

Phones are in the same house / office many days in a row? Phones catch the same flight at 3 am? Phones are used to log onto any website using the same username? Any other of the millions of tracking points coincide? Bam, phones are now treated as owned by the same person and received the same travel ads, website recommendations, keystroke auto completes and friend recommendations.

Just because I'm overly paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't watching. 😎.

Fake Facebook is a whole other issue. When I first started the fake account I had to go in and block about 200 people who were on my real FB friends list. A lot of effort but over time I stopped getting the two bleed into each other (I used a different set of contact details for each during login too). If you're going to use a fake FB account you've really got to be vigilant, but for me it's more than worth the effort.

Yep, FBs tentacles are so wide that fucking up terrifies me. It seems to be able to connect the dots regardless if how many precautions are taken and, worst of all, you can't opt out of being recommended to others. I can just ignore or block recommendations for civilian friends on a naughty account but that naughty account being recommended to civilian friends could cause a whole world of pain.

It might be time to get another cheap phone / sim / social accounts just for FB and make sure there are NO connections between it and other devices / accounts. I thought I had done that but clearly I have not been cautious/paranoid enough in separating the accounts.

A lot of fucking around I know but I do seem to be coming across many girls now who only have Messenger.
