That's vague. What does that mean? Big enough for what? Some guys are fine with 20 sqm Studio units (bed for banging and CR for crappin'/ showering). Other guys need palatial space. For me, I've found that I am most comfortable at 27-40 sqm. Anything smaller and I feel cramped, anything larger is wasted space for myself and a 4' 11" / 85 lb pinay.

I have yet to experience any difficulties escorting different guests (sometimes multiple at the same time) during the day at a condo (for those who have eye dee). Can only speak for Malati (not far from Binondo), try Birch Tower (sometimes known as JMM Suites online) and Malate Bayview Mansion.

What does that mean? Decent wifi for some gents in phils can be as weak as a connection that lets them browse the web without disconnecting several times per day. For others, that means streaming on multiple devices without buffering (requires considerably more bandwidth that does not drop off on a regular basis). I prefer the second option. Both of the residences I mentioned above (BT and MBM) had units with the second option for me in the past, but that is not a guarantee of the same performance in a different unit in the same condo in the future. Best bet on airbnb is to ask the owner before booking what his speeds are (generally speaking, 5 mbps and up is fine for streaming -- if its constant). In Makati I have had good speeds in Gramercy, Knightsbridge, and Milano serviced residences on airbnb.

Thanks G, I got that part, but you missed the vital part of my question.

Handy as it shows proximity to any malls, eateries etc that you might want to be near.

I use this more than text based location searches.

Thanks a lot at Pat69. I think it's just been build 2 years ago.

I will try it in April / May and will report here. Which room category you had? Rooms were big enough?

    Victoria or Sogo, Malate.

Anyone with experience of hotel Victoria or hotel Sogo in Malate?

    Is that only ST hotel??

Is it aloud to go there without a car at all?

I used Victoria once in the middle of the 90's, but that time I sneaked in there in a cab with a temporally friend, had to do it in secret!

    Is it still the same?

I think it was called San Agustin Residences or something. No signage, WiFi is decent I usually bring a few of my regulars there most of the people I saw there were locals who had work nearby.

I've stayed near Greenbelt too a few times (but not at the hotels you mention) and that was much better than staying near Burgos. Better and more food options and a nicer environment overall.
What got my attention with the Prince Plaza II was the huge one room suite with a couch and a hot plate cooking area. That's the type of room I prefer, can't stand those apartment hotels where the rooms are subdivided making the space seem that much smaller. Going solo I don't need two rooms, prefer one large living space preferably with a couch. I did check out the hotel on tripadvisor and have to say the guest photo's are an eye opener, I can see why people are saying the hotel is 'dated'.

I'd guess being close to the mall would allow me to find freelancers as well as meet any internet girls before taking them back to the hotel. So what's the better option: being close to Burgos or close enough for a quick taxi ride? But I'm also looking for a hassle free hotel where I can easily bring back multiple girls without an issue.

I have nothing good to say about Berjaya. Reception was a bit rude. And they wanted to charge me extra for an early check in. When checking out they demanded to see the receipt for the deposit.
