Posts: 1Perfect little spot in Burgos street.
Found a place at the end of P. Burgos street in Makati, price is reasonable for what is offered. Room is nice and tidy, staff have no uniforms but for 1185 a night I don't mind. I think it was called San Agustin Residences or something. No signage, WiFi is decent I usually bring a few of my regulars there most of the people I saw there were locals who had work nearby.

I've stayed near Greenbelt too a few times (but not at the hotels you mention) and that was much better than staying near Burgos. Better and more food options and a nicer environment overall.

Posts: 4567I have nothing good to say about Berjaya. Reception was a bit rude. And they wanted to charge me extra for an early check in. When checking out they demanded to see the receipt for the deposit.

Posts: 3475Which hotel would be the best?
Narrowed down my hotels to three medium priced hotels, all have pools but only the hotel by the greenview mall offers a breakfast option for two for a few bucks more. The hotels are the Berjaya hotel, the 1898 Hotel Colonia and the Prince Plaza II Condotel. I like having a couch in the room which the Prince Plaza has. I'd guess being close to the mall would allow me to find freelancers as well as meet any internet girls before taking them back to the hotel. So what's the better option: being close to Burgos or close enough for a quick taxi ride? But I'm also looking for a hassle free hotel where I can easily bring back multiple girls without an issue.

Even though some places say no visitors it is up to the guards to enforce. I stayed in Towers A,'be' and 'see' the and in all of them never had an issue with visitors, sometimes 3 or 4 at a time. Never saw an ad for tower see so cannot comment on it.
If they come alone or obviously look like working girls they will be asked to sign in and leave ID. No call to your room for verification coming or going. They doneed yop know your name an.
Just about any time I was with a girl or more who looked like a regular girl, especially in in afternoon no issue. Once a girl became a regular visitor, she would be able to just walk in.
Jazz is about 600 m from Burgos street and a 10 minute walk to Greenbelt. Facilities include nice pool and gym. Usage is supposed to be only for residents or a 150 p cost (300 on weekends and holidays) but when I was Airbnb I just walked in, signed the register like I belonged and if asked said I just moved in and did not have my tenet ID yet (tales a few weeks to get.). Never refused access to the pool, sometimes with guests and did not have to pay.
You do not want a south view in tower 'be" or to be in tower A due to traffic noise. Worst was a low room in tower "the" the the north side, just above the air conditioners and near to traffic with adjacent building blocking view. Best room I had was high pool view from tower 'A'. It is far enough away from the other towers that nighttime balcony sex was possible, good view and quiet. North view Tower 'D' cannot be seen from the street if high enough so daytime balcony sex is achievable. (Best time was daytime balcony 3 some. LOL).
P.S. I hate auto correct changing tower letters to words.

Posts: 58Ritz Astor Hotel in Makati Manila.
Does anyone know the Ritz Asor Hotel in the Makati area near Burgo St. Is guest friendly or not?
Hotel looks very new and quite nice.
Thanks!

Posts: 54In my experience AirBnb often offers better value for money than hotels, especially for stays longer than a couple of nights when cleaning fee is spread across the nights. I was looking for a place in Makati for the upcoming trip in March, was wondering if anyone has any specific tips at least about the condo complexes to look at?
Also, what is the story for bringing visitors? Some listings flat out say this is not allowed, some even say its not allowed by condo rules. Some are silent on this issue. In the past, I've had mixed experiences in other countries where some places completely refused to allow a girl in, some were somewhat hesitant, some didn't have any issue with it. What is the norm in Manila and again does anyone have tips for proven girl-friendly condos?
Thanks so much everyone!!

I will just about always use Grab instead of a taxi for various reasons, that they usually can find the spot is a good reason.
