Belmont Hotel. It is near the bridge way over to terminal 3. Pretty decent hotel. They do check for ID's.

Savoy Hotel. A little newer hotel. Just show your ID when checking in and have your girl sit nearby.

Holiday Inn Express. A little further but still convient to terminal 3. This one is the nicer of the 3. Same ID check in as Savoy.

All hotels do not have a shuttle to the terminals. Just take a taxi.
Belmont hotel breakfast sucks but cheaper than Holiday Inn. Lots of restaurants in the mall for lunch / dinner. Me personally I'd stay at the Hilton but over your price range.

I did see a praises for Palm Hotel, but not sure if they'd give me looks or I'd have issues if I checked out 2-4 hours after I booked a room earlier that afternoon.
There will be no dirty looks from any hotel in the area. Palm, Executive, Las Palmas, Riviera Mansion, Octagon Mansion, Amelie, and Rothman hotels are within 2 blocks. Directly across the street from Robinson's (Pedro Gil St) is Eurotel, they often have a cheaper ST rate for walk-ins. There are 2 Sogos about 10 minutes walk, but 2-5 minutes by taxi. Also, 2 blocks from Robinson's is LA Cafe, and there is a ST place next to it. Anyone remember its name? The Victoria's Court is across the street from one of the two Sogos, but I think its name has changed.

Browse maps.google.com please. Get in there, get busy, and post us a report.

    Booked it!

Thank you for the advice WC especially. I booked a condo across from NAIA Terminal 3 for two nights and got a good deal. I bumped my regular and am flying my 21 yo Mindanao cutie up for some pre-Christmas fun together. Of course my regular isn't happy but said she would be there if something happened. Either way, it's a win-win for me!

Have to escort to your room because only your key will have access to your floor. No walk of shame here. Best price on trip.com. Excellent breakfast for two. Since it is a casino hotel there are lots of freelancers at hotel lobby as well as casino. I have seen some punters with three girls going up in elevator.

No advice on that part needed. My advice is looking for a decent hotel near the airport. I've stayed at a couple that were okay, but nothing special. Free airport transfer for us would be great, as would a restaurant. Near the airport is good because we both have morning flights on a Monday with bad traffic. Any advice of places would be good! As always, cheaper is better if quality is okay.
Plenty of airbnb condo and apartment units right next to NAIA. I found an airbnb unit for you (and see pix, you can see the runways right next to the units, and their prices in pesos):

Google the Heritage Hotel. See if that meets your requirements. No free shuttle to airport, but they have free shuttle to Mall of Asia, 3 or 4 x a day.

BTW, Belmont, Savoy and Holiday Inn Express all have on premises restaurants.

From Belmont you can walk over the sky bridge to Terminal 3.

From Savoy you could walk over to T3 but it would be pretty dangerous to jaywalk across multiple lanes of 2 way traffic. Have the doorman get a Grab car for you 100 pesos. Or take a taxi out front 100-200 pesos.

From Holiday Inn have the doorman get you a taxi 200 pesos.

Taxis from either hotels to Terminal 2 will be 300-500 pesos plus 45 for the skyway.

    Not all hotels require that.

Savoy Hotel doesn't require a CC or deposit.

Holiday Inn Express does not require CC or deposit.
