I looked at the visitor policy in Oakwood and it stated that they cannot stay post 11 PM. Hence the question. I thought some hotels may not allow if you are booked as single occupancy. New to mongering.

1. Always book for 2 people.

2. Book for only one or two nights in the beginning so if they are not so GF you can move on.

3. Learn how to palm a tip.

Never understood this question. Walk with confidence and pride and hold your girl, no one will bother you. Not sure what type of hotels you use, but booth Shang and Oakwood in Ortigas are fine. 30 years of mongering and never been stopped by anyone in any hotel anywhere, hence the lack of understanding of this question.

There is also one key difference. Hotels almost always have in-room safes. A quick check of airbnb condo and I found zero condos with in-unit safes here. I've never had a dating site girl steal anything from me. When I've been a victim of in-room crime it's been by bar girls. This rarely happens. Of the four incidents in my entire 20+ year mongering life it's been a cheap camera from a Bangkok hotel, no in-room safe; about $200 cash from a Phnom Penh hotel, no in-room safe, but she left me money in my wallet for taxi and airport departure tax, so she had a heart; an unknown amount of cash but less than $100 from a Manila condo; and a t-shirt from a Manila condo, which I didn't know about it until some other bargirls told me afterward. I did have one Manila bargirl warn me in the morning that if she wanted to she could have stolen my laptop and two mobiles whilst I was unconscious.

Well described Huts. I don"t have a long history of mongering experiences as you have (number of your reports says). I had picked girls from bars, a-gogo or massage places; I found some runners but not a single case of steeling. Never. Still I have lack of experiences on followings:

1. Never picked a girl from street.

2. Never taken a girl if I don't feel well chemistry. I mean did not fall on a hotty just for her looks.

3. If m in tour never been dunked while m with a girl.

Just wondering what the frequent visitors of Manila feels about air BNB versus hotels. I usually go for convenience and stay at hotels near Makarti. However, I have read that some stay in the apartments close to Markarti such as the Gramercy. I thought this would be a good option given I can still be in that area and be easier to bring a date back rather than hotel near the RLD. My concern is it seems lots of the Air BNB places say that theres people at the lobby of the apartments, check ID's etc and was wondering if people had issues with bringing guests home.

Going back to Makati later this week for one of my regular visits. Last 4 trips have used airbnb and works fine. . Have 4 scheduled for a 5 day period. Security staff will look, but if you are in a busy building that's all they will do. Did have one girl stopped when she left as security wanted to check it was ok with me, but that was only experience. In one of the airbnb places I've stayed no one checked anything (yet) plus, if yuo have that determined stride, that look straight ahead and have the girls hand in yours, it prevents some of the nonsense " Sir sir ". I always put valuable in my suitcase and lock it and never had an issue. And airbnb prices are soooooooo good.

Westcoast gave you an excellent answer. I'll add this: staying in a condo helps remove the stink of sex tourist from the girl's nose. If you read the dating sites you may come across some girls stating, "No sex tourists" in their profiles. Rightly or wrongly people associate a hotel with a temporary stay. And rightly or wrongly people associate a condo with residency. Just because a girl assumes, based on your condo address, you live here and decides to meet you is no fault of yours.

Stayed at Knightsbridge in Makati a few months ago. For reference, see the pic / map (St. Giles Hotel lower-right corner, yellow street running top-to-bottom is Makati Ave, also see Grammercy residences as point of reference) for location of Knightsbridge. Its 2 blocks from A-Venue. This was my second experience using a condo unit (other was in Birch Tower / Malate). Amazing view of the city (60 floors up). Wonderful all-around value: $61 USD / night (that included the air bnb fee) for a spacious studio (unlike Birch Tower's tiny studio) with balcony. Large outdoor pool, weight room on 3rd floor.

As to security. This is a large condo with possibly a thousand or more units (I could be wrong, but 60+ floors with easily 20+ units per floor), lots of people (families, vacationers) coming / going 24 hours per day. The door security guys are there 24 hours, and a front desk staff of several. All very professional with me, and very kind. If a girl came in with me they ignored her. Every girl who came separate from me (even if she'd been with me prior) was stopped and ID taken, and the security guy rang my room every time a girl (separate from me) arrived or departed. The door security and front desk folk never batted an eye at this process, it seemed routine to them.

Related security story. One of my regulars ('Z') had departed after breakfast for home about 10:30 am. An evening session, an early morning session (she is the one who is much hornier than I am -- that ain't never a bad thing, and ain't always a good thing) was had, then showers and breakfast. Fortunately / unfortunately after breakfast, some kissy-face led to another session (killing me here chick), her second shower and departure. About 11 am I hopped in for my second shower and missed her txt: "Oh my friend have emergency. Can she come your condo she need a financial". About noon I was getting ready to go out to lunch when the condo phone rang: "Sir, front desk. Miss 'X' here to see you". Who? What? I'll be right down. When I got to the lobby there was a mid-20's hottie, saying she was a friend of Z's, and that Z had txt me about her. It felt fishy so I had her sit in the lobby while I hopped the elevator back up (60 floors is a long, multiple ear-popping ride in each direction) to check my phone. Her story checked out. I called the front desk and had her sent up.

In the AC thread we are currently discussing the odd things that routinely happen in phils, but our folk at home would not believe. Well here I was again. The girl's emergency: She was desperate to pay a lawyer a retainer fee. If someone in your home country told you that you'd vacation overseas one day and the horny girl you were sexing (pics posted many times, and will be again) would bang you twice in the morning and then send a friend over for a nawty session (pics later) and you'd end up part of a child custody issue, all for under $100, you'd say to them: Are you crazy? For the rest of us: It really IS more fun in Philippines!

Good location near Mall of Asia and not far from the airport. If anyone has stayed there, some of us would appreciate a report.

I liked it very much but the floor layout is weird. I booked a suit for four nights and was upgraded to the executive suite and breakfast was good too. Also, guest friendly. I was just there early March.

If I were there for just one night I would go a little cheaper, but for a longer stay I think it's a nice choice.

BTW, Staff is very helpful.

One night before next morn to batangas Looking for hotel close to Jam Buendia Bus term - 1st time mate wants to do EDSA (not keen but.).

Looking at Victoria court hotel gil puyat and then get taxi to EDSA. Can walk to Jam Buendia or Heritage Hotel walk across to EDSA and then taxi to Jam.

Looked at Atrium too. Sogo's probably too dodgy even for 1 night. Any thoughts esp on Vict Crt please. Any other options?
