Stayed in Malate area a couple times recently in AirBNB apartments. I found that the decent ones in that area run a little more expensive than your price range. In order to get those prices you will sacrifice things such as proximity to easy transportation, shopping, safer surroundings, mongering bars--and they probably will be smaller places with less comfortable beds and furnishings. The places I stayed would have had no girl friendly issues. It occurs to me that p4 p girls may even be impressed with condo rentals; makes it seem like you know your way around. But some of the condo complexes have security stations, and you may have to help check the lady in past security. They may also be reluctant for you to enter with a large menage. Just tell security the extras are visiting for a short time. Remember that the downside on apartments is that most have no cleaning or linen change services, although they may be available for a price. You are on your own, although some of the apartment complexes have drop-off laundry that may turn it around in 24 to 48 hours. Places I stayed had advertised good WiFi signal, and they were right: better than the signal in many Malate hotels. Another possible hitch: if your international flight arrives late it may be less convenient to get the apartment owner to meet you at the unit after midnight. (Although in my two stays they had made arrangements for somebody to meet me.) Never an issue with that at hotels.

Extremely unlikely a private condo will have any rule about this. Play it straight, usual common sense don't break / steal stuff, don't annoy others yada yada. Ancillary staff will observe & remember your comings & goings.

I would have said no as it was very very third world but I believe it has a looooong overdue reno very recently.

Consider also Victoria Court Gil Puyat. Cheap, clean, quiet, efficient, HUGE rooms.

Great breakfast buffet with all kinds of food stations and the residence lounge with food all day and free flowing drinks and enough finger foods to make a dinner out of which I have been doing the last few nights. Yes it is a really shitty area with people sleeping on the sidewalks across the street. Great health club with wet and dry saunas, and an Olympic pool as well. I like the Suite I have with a view of the Bay on the top floor and individual temperature controlled rooms. It's also a short walk to the Robinson mall and LA Cafe as well.
Yes I booked through their website. Initialy I booked the Bayview suite at 16 K something pisos (taxes incl). But after 1 day I upgraded to excecutive suite. It is what it is. I like spacious surroundings.

    Favorite shoes and shoe boxes.

Oh, my shoe box has air con, TV, window with view, daily change of linen and cleaning, double thick brick walls (quiet), quaint environment, excellent location, excellent. Around 7 mtrs x 4 mtrs. Security at front door. Less than P1000 per day. Found it 29 yrs ago and never stayed at any other joint since. Like and old shoe, nice fit. About 10 room Pensionne, family friendly environment. Not giving address. Find your own shoe box lads, they are out there.

Yeah and most people are. I've just come to the conclusion that, and I travel 250-270 days a year, I want to obtain my life simulare to back home. I feel strangled in small rooms with only the small minibar you can not open totaly bcs the bed is to big (no pun intended). This Shang room and the stay here are to much and no matter what kind of money I do / did have its simply not worth it. This room was more dedicated for hosting gangbangs with 12 ladies and 20 guys or just plain biz meetings. Staying there alone felt in away a tad laim (after I realized what I'd done). Well I wasnt to much alone in it to be frank but I for sure didn't host any gangbangsparties there.

Do the girls care if it is a nice room in a posh hotel or a dreadful worndown, pussysmelling lovehotel?(debated over and over again). Some do some don't would be my sane answer to that. I tend mostly direct my action to, lets call them, middle / upper class kind of girls (with a few obvious exceptions). The exceptions could fuck in a carpark I am sure and if I brought a blancet they would call it lux. For my other girls which mostly come from and live in furnished homes I do think its of some importance that I don't live in a dump. Based on the number of selfies taken from the girls visiting I do at least think they got some nice FB updates a few days later. That beeing said the meetups was set long before I knew where I was staying.

Something between the dump and Mactan suite would be fine I believe and this would be the places where I mostly stay.

Yeah roomcharge for the original deluxe suite was 16900 php per night. Addons were 25000 php on top of that for the Mactan suite (I think in the Shangri la room overview is called specialty suites and is around 180 sqm). They are not bookable online but through calls or e mails. But as this was an upgrade on scene I just felt the temptation. I misunderstood initialy the frontdesklady as I thought the upgrade came at a cost of 25 k in total but I found out later it wasnt and per night. Didn't want to create any hazzles though as girls had allready started to arrive on scene. "We only live once" is my motto.

Also the Mercedes Benz S300 transportation at 5555 php is uncalled for and not needed in a city where traffic hardly moves. But why not sit stuck in a nice place waiting for movement. What i reacted most upon during my stay was the shitty inroom dining pizza at 1100pisos something. Shakeys much better and at Glorrietta 4 u get a familysized one for 5-600pisos.. Shangs pizza was tiny and was just used as sidings to Jagermeister and vodkas. Limited time between sessions prevented me from using the Glorietta option and in this aspect Ascott is much more convenient to stay at:-) Ascott with its serviced spacious apts(80sqm exceutive 1 bdr apt)still my number one choice but on last stay it seemed crowded(maybe they get some extra biz from the close down over at Intercon).. Huge number of USmilitary people stayed there as well. I hate regular hotelsrooms(what i call shoeboxrooms)and i appreciate having the kitchenoption with real fridge so i can stock up with ingredients needed for mongering. And make my sandwich with ham and edamer cheese..

Better try call the hotel and ask okay for the Mactan suite. Call New World Manila bay Hotel and ask? Ask if 162000(edit i looked wrong and thought it was 169k sorry)for 3 nights is possible (or 2400000 for maximum price). mactan suite and new worlds excecutive suites are huge. I didnt ask for them but was tempted by various hotels and their inhouse selling staffs when arrived there(respective places). I declined presitential suites though which i by memory think was above 100k a night.. Never booked them online. At the Shang i guess i did originaly booked a suite 75sqm or something for 16000 per night. Adding in 25000 extra per night for the Mactan suite plus a taxes and plus some pizzas and drinks final bill was 162k no matter what people would think.. But i pay the bill not u guys:-)
Edit; i dont know where the crazy price of 169000k come from all the time it was only 162k sorry. Still even if i missed on a 7k the above mentioned was incl..
