I want to share my experience of staying in Minsk and recommend you a great time with a beautiful girl. I came to Minsk for business meetings, as I am the CEO of one of the largest companies in Finland. I stayed at the Hilton Hotel. On my first day in Minsk, I met a beautiful girl at an Italian restaurant Bergamo at lunchtime. She sat and dined alone in this restaurant, I really liked her, we looked at her and I decided to go up to her and meet her. We drank champagne, ate, talked and after that she was not opposed to continue the evening with me in the room for a gift for her. We arrived at the hotel, it is very clean. I am just back from another business trip to Minsk. My previous trip in August wasn't not too fruitful probably because it was summer-time. Anyway seemed like more going on in October. Bardot (top of the Hilton) was hit and miss. Saturday night very crowded and most girls in pairs or in groups and it's not easy to move around and mingle. As I was staying at the Crowne Plaza this time I tried out Next. Although there were quite a few middle eastern guys the place was easier to move around in and start up conversations with the girl. I found a mid-twenties student (so she said), about an 8, and after half an hour chatting she asked about my plans. So up to the room and the fun began. She was pretty keen, stayed 2 hours and we agreed on 250. Overall not a bad experience. If I go back I'd try out one of the other clubs but Next was just too convenient to ignore.

I have been reading the posts for a while and would like to appreciate all the helpful advises contributed to the forum by ya gentlemen.

Still have one question that I haven't found answers yet.

I am ethnically Chinese Asian. Would that make a difference to my mongering experience in Minsk (in the bar in Hilton particularly)? I'm of my early 20's with normal figure and well-behaved, and speak reasonable English and Russian by the way.

So far the responses I have had are either straight to the point (it will be 100 $ for an hour), or a number have asked for what they would get in exchange to meet which has thrown me a bit. Obviously looking for $ but not willing to say. I'm starting to get the impression Mamba involves quite a bit of luck and risk..

Hope you had a good time in Minsk and appreciate this reply comes too late to be of any assistance but here goes:

Age.

As long as you are well dressed and reasonably fit your age is no barrier to success. Your demographic might shift more to the late twenties early 30's market but you will still find some gorgeous women interested in P4P. The ladies are just looking to pay the rent (with your help) and be bought a few cocktails. If you have nice manners and treat them with respect they will be delighted to get to know you. As has been said countless of times before Belorussian / Russian women do not expect their men to be good looking they just want them to be Rich and confident and, if at all possible, romantic.

The best bar for us 50 something's is Bardot as there are fewer young men available there. If you can't find what you are looking for at Bardot then after midnight head to Rich Cat or Black House. Just go to the bar by a drink and you'll quickly see what's on offer just as the pros and semi-pros will see you. Avoid the girls in groups as they are probably on a night out or are just being paid in drinks by the management to be eye candy.

All girls expect you to make the first move so just introduce yourself and offer to buy the lady a drink. If she's interested she will ask you what you are doing later or something like that. If you reply you are hoping you might spend the evening with he she will start talking money. If she doesn't mention money within the first 5 minutes she is a semi pros.

Just back from Minsk and only got to try Bar Dot in the Hilton. Rather poor selection to be honest but maybe just because it was August. Even on a Saturday night there wasn't much to tempt me. Only 3 or 4 girls on their own. The rest came in pairs and seemed focused only on talking to each other so I couldn't really tell if they were open to offers. Possibly would have been. So I'm not sure Minsk is a classic mongering destination at least not in the summer. Must try again another time I guess.

Thanks for the excellent report. I'll take note of your advise. I found the same mix of frosty pros and friendly semi-pros in Moscow a few years back so I guess it'll be a similar story, only not quite so pricey as Russia has become.

Bardot.

For those of you who don't know and can't be bothered to RTFF (it is not exactly long) Bardot is a bar / restaurant on the top floor of the Double Tree Hilton. From 11 pm onwards and especially on Fridays and Saturdays it attracts a steady flow of Minsk's working girls who congregate at the bar and wait for some foreigner to buy them a cocktail and more. What follows is an account of my encounters with two such ladies and my thoughts on the lessons to be learned.

We met in BarDot at the Hilton one Sunday night. I was actually there for a quiet drink with no particular expectations indeed the place was practically deserted. Sitting at the bar sipping my vodka martini (well you have to) I suddenly saw this winsome gorgeous blond walk in. I guess she was aged around 25.
