Thanks Henri, I'll have 4 nights in Minsk staying at the Hilton, I'll check out Dozari and obviously DotXX1 as it's in the hotel. Not sure about Next. It used to be the place but it seems it no longer is. BTW I'm following a number of girls on Instagram, might approach them in advance, but you mentioned tinder. Never used it before.
