Yes, but the biggest importer of Ukranian goods is Russia, and the volume of Ukranian exports to Russia is almost directly proportional to the increase in oil prices (High oil prices=better Russian Economy= better ability for Russia to buy stuff from other countries). Also most of Ukraine's foreign investments are in Russia, and those investments yield more profits when the Russian eceonmy is fourishing. In other words: The ukranian economy is highly dependant on Russian economy, which is highly dependant on oil prices.

What has that got to do with escorts? Well, a sharp drop in oil prices means Ukranian economy will be like Alice in wonderland, right after she drank that stuff that made shrink to bunny-size.
