My 2 cents on this:

The blue / violet pills give you a real hard headache. Take vigore (red color) pills. Vigore doesn't have 25 MG so take 50 MG and break it and take half or quarter depending on the no of sessions you're anticipating. The contents are same and I don't know how but the headache is nil or less as compared to blue pills.

Take it, its normal but don't be dependent on this always.

If you are going to perform more in a given span (a day or two) then tadalafil tab should be your choice.

One of the natural source oh pde5 inhibitor is Thai black ginger. Can get it online.
