My views are little different. The chances of getting bugged / conned / raided at the birds place are far more in my opinion. I agree with you about the last part. And anyways adultery is now legal. So casual sex is too. About getting conned / bugged / raided; you may get them at anywhere. You can look back in previous FRs and Russian Natasha conned mate in hotel. What you need to understand here is, you need to have girl who is not cheater.
