You can try going to Brevistay or Mistay for hourly hotels. All will be cheap and best in budget. But do carry the ID of both persons as hotels require that. They won't do anything, just note down.

As you have specifically said 4/5 war hotels I would say do not check in together. You can check in perhaps an hour early. Normally all the 4/5 star hotels have busy lobby. Except select few MP, there is no need to pay or bring up about extras in the counter. Sometimes they may say no due to fear of LE from a new unknown client. Normally the therapist who does extras will bring up this topic themselves, if not, at around 40 minutes bring it up by asking if she provides any 'services' or 'extras'. If yes ask for the rates and stick to the rates which other members have paid or what you can afford. No need to bargain unnecessarily and spoil the mood, if she is ok with the price, she will give in after 5-10 minutes of insisting, which you will politely decline saying that's all you have / can afford.
